“Booked a car through Costco and picked it up from this location.
The staff were very friendly and efficient. Even with a long line of cruise vacationers, they were kind, courteous and got us a clean, comfortable vehicle in good time.
They had run out of sedans and we received a free upgrade of our choice to a midsize SUV.
Minor “gripe” is the storefront is very small so be prepared to stand for a while at busy times, but otherwise no complaints with the process or service.”
“As someone who does not trust online reviews, I’m not sure how to confirm that this review is real, other than telling you, I am real and our experience was REALly amazing. From the beginning of the online rental process to the return of the van after our week long trip, Peace Vans was responsive and helpful. The Mercedes Metris (“Palouse” was the name of ours) was excellent to drive and incredibly well stocked. It was comfortable to sleep in — we were three adult - but you could easily add a couple more people (we slept as singles: fold out bed, pop-up and passenger seat). Best experience, highly recommend!”

“There was a very long line to pick up our vehicle on Monday morning. (There are only 2 agent desks and lots of people returning from an Alaska cruise that morning). I'm giving 5 stars anyway because the representatives Micah and Jayd were extremely friendly and helpful to everyone and had an amazing attitude despite having to deal with lots of customers irritated with the wait.”

“They gave me a dog for a snack for help with my chicken pox on my toes and they gave me foot rubs. With soap in my mouth, they tossed me around and put be in a public restroom without my consent but the fried chicken in the back of my car gave me a massage. The car looked good but the dust tasted kinda rusty.”
“Shahrokh with ET towing helped me tow my car today and did a fantastic job! I only had a few hours to step away from work and figure out how to fix my flat tire. He was responsive and dependable, showing up 30 minutes after I called. He was kind, friendly, and very helpful. I would recommend him to anyone!”
“The Asian man who helped me at the counter for check in and check out was extremely courteous and efficient, took probably 5 minutes in total. Car was clean and worked great, no issues. The location is small but if you’re not picky about car selection like me it’s perfect since you don’t have to navigate to and inside a cramped parking garage to return the car like locations more downtown. 5 min walk from the Link Station makes it even more convenient. Definitely using this location as my go-to in the future when available!”
“I have always had a truly outstanding experience with the Avis team at this location. Sometimes there are long wait times—which are clearly due to circumstances beyond their control—the staff remained calm, courteous, and incredibly professional throughout.
A special shoutout goes to the manager, Anbes, whose leadership and customer-first attitude really stands out. He went above and beyond to ensure everyone was taken care of, keeping communication clear and empathetic even in a high-pressure situation. “Staff were very professional despite there being an impossible customer before me while I was waiting in line. These people were totally harassing the guy working who was just trying to do his job. I finally told them they were taking up everyone’s time and had no right to harass this poor man this way. They finally left and everyone else was able to get through efficiently and effectively! Nice, clean car. Only complaint is that whatever cleaning stuff they use has way too much fragrance and I had drive with the windows down to let it air out because the smell was bothering my allergies.”
“Excellent location, rented regularly for years from Paul and team. Avis Corporate closed this location with last day of business 6/15/25. With two other locations closed earlier this year, downtown Seattle is down to one Avis location.”
“Overall positive experience! One hiccup was they misread or missed the fuel level upon my returning the car and charged me extra, but when I went back and asked about this they were quick to correct and refund.”
“Now that Budget is part of Avis, hopefully they can become the customer service experts that Avis reps are. I am sure it comes to empowering your employees to do the right thing, which unfortunately did not happen for me, but Budget did take care of my issue after escalation. I dont want to post a poor review when they did address my issue. I will say make sure every rental you take out, any company take lots of pictures inside and out, it can save you money occasionally”
“I had an excellent experience at the Rainier Avenue S. Enterprise location. I think the man who helped me was was Matthew. My car was stolen and thank God my insurance paid for a rental car. Matthew was so great about helping me choose a car that I felt comfortable driving. He was sympathetic and kind about my car being stolen. He turned my really crappy day into a much better day! The guy who washes the cars was also great, very helpful, and sympathetic. The car I rented was perfect for me. Thank you! ??”
“I have rented with Achilles for about 2 years now and he has always been extremely helpful. This is the best Avis location I have come across where the staff is very willing to answer questions patiently and cars are very clean and always in a good condition!”

“I always try to book with Fox Car Rental when we travel through SeaTac airport! They have the best rates, clean cars, fast service, but most of all…the BEST, incredible staff of any other rental company, from check-in to picking up my car, to leaving & returning…they’re friendly, personable & knowledgeable. I needed to extend a rental & couldn’t figure out how to do it online…but Thim & Ekram took care of all the details & paperwork…I called it a Christmas miracle! “Great experience renting from Sixt at Pike Place! We were set up with a Ford Escape, which was a fantastic upgrade. The car was spotless and very well maintained, which made the drive enjoyable. A special shout-out to Mr. Burak, who helped us out a lot and made the process smooth. We also had to drop the car off at the very last minute, and the team was incredibly understanding and accommodating. Highly recommend this location!”
