“Tony & Vivian have been such a great help. My husband o & I downsized to a smaller unit in the same facility and the size we got wasn’t the size we paid for. Both Tony and Vivian got right on top of it and got an approval from upper management to adjust the pricing. We got some credit back that applied towards our rental and they were both very communicative the entire process. I had a previous bad experience with the previous manager due to unrelated issues but with the current staff everything has been so great so far. Thank you Vivian and Tony for promptly assisting us.”

They were prompt, worked quickly and accurately, were professional and most importantly, had a great sense of humor which eased my stress! “Adams Moving made what is normally a stressful process feel surprisingly easy. We had packers one day and movers the next. Two different teams, both absolutely outstanding. Every person we interacted with was personable, professional, and incredibly hard-working. Not once did I see anyone standing around; they were efficient, focused, and clearly took pride in their work.
Anthony and his team were possibly my favorite. They kept things light with great banter and humor, which made the day genuinely enjoyable. Andrew and his team were equally impressive, handling every box and piece of furniture with such care and attention. Both crews treated our home and belongings as if they were their own.
It’s rare to find teams who are this thoughtful, diligent, and kind. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will absolutely use Adams Moving again. Highly recommend!”

“Hansen Bros moving crew were great. They were fast, efficient and friendly. They wrapped my furniture to protect it and wrapped and boxed up a large picture. I felt that my belongings were carefully moved, even though I was moving a short distance. I have used Hansen Bros for long storage during military deployments so trusted their company. I was very glad I stayed with this company for my next move.”

“I just don’t know why everything is so expensive these days. But this location had better pricing than the one in Columbia city. The staff is very nice and the place is very very secure. “I've had a storage unit here for the better part of a year and always had great experiences from the very first one to the very last one. It's clean ,easy to navigate, they always have dollies and the classical music playing in the hallways is a nice touch. I had an unexpected event happen this month that devastated me financially and I had to come in to the office today on short notice. I was full of anxiety,wondering how I was going to make my payment and worried about whether or not I had late fees after not paying by the 6th this month. I showed up feeling like a total basket case. Chris , in the office, was calm and patient ~ he took the time to explain what the process would be to close up my unit, and answered all of my questions. His kindness and professionalism completely diffused my stress ~ I was able to pay a prorated amount for the month and get everything wrapped up on the same day! If I need storage again, this is the only place I will come to get it, especially after how expedient and kind Chris was in helping me sort my storage situation. It says a lot about the business and about the employees character , when they take the time to cater to a stressed out customer like this gentleman did for me today.

“Great experience! Very friendly and helpful staff! I had originally booked a smaller unit than I needed and they showed me the unit that better fit my needs and corrected the agreement with ease. Transaction was easy. Building is well lit, working elevator, and carts are available for load in. Highly recommend as they are cheaper than Public Storage and have actual people working onsite to assist.”

“These folks are great. Just moved in and the new manager is solid and attentive, and the vibe of the building is a little older and funky! I'm not a fan of the price increases but if you ask them about it, they're honest and open about the reasons and it isss pretty common to see at storage faculties so I cant blame them,
I do like their insurance alternative, and they have good security systems. Great location too, right by the shops on the Ave.
I will say though... if a practice like price increases is common but its a bad practice that none of the people who shop there like (see the other reviews), you should probably think about that? Its sad a place like this gets a bad rap for an industry standard, but hey. Capitalism in 2025, amirite?”

The parking lot, halls, and storage units are very clean. It looks like they must clean the halls pretty frequently. The indoor parking lot for loading and unloading feels very secure with a code to get into the building as well as the elevator. There are well-maintained carts for bringing things to and from the storage units. The elevators operate smoothly and quickly.

“This review is for the manager that handles multiple sites including at least Delridge and Avalon. Her name is Amy. She is the best. There are other managers that handle many sites and they must have their hands full however every time I have been in and out of the facility on Avalon it has been clean, well organized with carts ready and they pay special attention to the security of the place and make sure that operations are running smoothly.”
