He went out of his way to try to find the right screen replacement, going as far as ordering a replacement out of country, and he walked me through the process so I understood in layman's terms what he was doing and why. He was a really down to earth guy to chat with and was very personable and easy going. I walked out with a perfect note 10+ screen replacement and highly recommend using them.”
