“I don’t usually write reviews for post offices, but WOW the staff here are so kind and helpful! I don’t mail things often, but they made the process easy and offered amazing service. I have come back here twice and had the exact same experience both times. It gets a little busy during lunch hour and immediately after work, but the line never takes too long.”

“A lady helped me with mailing some documents and making a money order. She literally knows EVERYTHING!! Even the address. She is very efficient and helps me to make it before door closing. One thing tho, please provide some cooling equipments since it’s quite hot there and they work really hard there.”

“This was my first time using the service here. I was aware of the previous reviews and didn’t want to expect much. Unexpectedly, I was so impressed with the whole experience. The building was so charming from the outside, many parking spots, clean and tidy from the inside. The clerk, no. 3, the gentleman who was very friendly, kind and helpful. Since it’s getting close to Christmas, he made sure I’m aware when the packages would be arriving at the destinations. I couldn’t ask for the better service. I brought my 2 kids with me. I believe it will be their first memorable experience of the post office and they won’t feel intimidate to go to use the services in the future.”

“I love the lake city post office, friendly folks, reliable, courteous. When I’m in luck I can also pick up the latest Real Change newspaper (one of Seattle’s own & best) right outside. USPS is one of the best run and most effective government services there is. Don’t let anyone convince you otherwise, do your homework / research please.”
“I'm certain I bought stamps from this so called rude Asian lady. She's normal and was pleasant to deal with imo. She's kurt, to the point and likely her way of doing things is perceived as rude. I was happy with my experience today.”

“The Kenmore post office is by far the most accessible, friendly post office around. They are open after hours to safely drop off letters. During Christmas rush, all the staff are patient and always smiling. There's always parking as well as a delicious coffee stand just outside. There's also Chase bank and a teriyaki shop there as well. You can send a package, get coffee and food as well as do your banking with one parking spot.

“Shoutout to Roland at the post office—absolute gem of a human. Every time I come in to ship an urn (yes, really), I somehow end up picking up flags too. It's become our little tradition. Roland always greets me with a smile and a quick joke—last time he teased me about shimmying up the flagpole outside to collect my flag. It’s that kind of light-hearted, kind service that makes errands a little brighter. Efficient and just the right amount of sass for a funeral director who deals with so much grief on a daily basis.
