I walked up to the kiosk seeking a new case for my 12 Pro..... the ZAGG rep pointed out the cases available to me from which I selected one, from there I informed him that I also needed a replacement for my phone screen. He pulled up my account on the computer found my information and dialed me in. I left my device with him & chased an ice cream cone from Baskin Robbins, upon my return my phone was completed & ready for pick up. Easy Peasy.....
