Stick with them. Not like the corporate store where you left standing in line like at the deli counter just to get a simple question answered. Pay them a visit. You'll be glad you did.”

They were able to help me start the claim for my cracked screen, got my replacement in the store in less than a week. It took them an hour to fix my cracked phone screen. Very polite and helpful”
