“The security guard at the time I went to pickup my XBOX was definitely not somebody meant to be in security and definitely not trained. But the service and employees are great and got me my online Xbox series X order to me quickly and at the right time while following FBI orders about when the right time would be to arrange for pickup. I also ordered once or twice on DoorDash and always got the products I wanted in a timely manner! Thank you Best Buy Tacoma”

“After checking with my local Verizon store, I went my local Best Buy in Puyallup to see if the Geek Squad could assist me with my cell phone. I had clicked on a link that I shouldn't have and now my phone was blowing up with notifications about malware. I was worried that I would have to spend a few hundred dollars to get rid of whatever was in my phone, or worse, that I would have to get a new phone.
