βMy son applied for a job there.He was hired on as a window installer assistant.It pays $ 20.00 an hour.He said it is hard work but at least he is working again.He said they are friendly.I was their to take him to work & pick him up when he got off at 3:30pmβ

βWent in to look for kitchen light. Found some stuff. Also looked at bathroom sinks and cabinets. Have brought stuff from them before. And have been very pleasedβ
βCame to the base to do some installations, only to find out kits had mismilled screws 3000 plus. Being new to area I went to Fastenal out of name recognition no luck. Could not tell me where to go. So stopped at a O'Reilly's they told me about Tacoma screw
Went to the Olympia location Jared found what I needed but that location only had 200 but found another 800 at the Tacoma location so grabbed those as well and they had the rest of the order two days late. Before I could write this review I had another bunch of kits missing specifically nuts and screws
They again saved the day it me enough to get thru the day with more coming in tomorrow.
Jared, Brady and especially David !! He really when above and beyond to meet our needs, to find what I needed and get it to me and follow thru with all communications and status updates.
And Sarah help out today big time

βDidn't have what I was looking for ,but everything I normally use was in excellent Stock! I was looking for 2 Cycle Carburetor adjustment Kit with the small Cleaning Brushes and Wires! Most Kits have about 10 or 12 Small Drive Screw Drivers of different types of Drives! Online it shows availability, but the Store didn't have them! Great affordable Good Tools @ Harbor Freight for Sure!!!β
βI didn't know what I needed to make the changes that my new fuel pump needed. I needed to go from a stiff metal tubing to a flexible USCG approved tube. I needed all the fittings as well due to the changes. I spent 2 hours at 3 different local chain parts suppliers, they were useless, and I'll never get that time backI went to Williams, Bill had it figured out and sent me on my way in less than 15 minutes. I bought 2 bottles and a regulator, they had them in stock for a very reasonable price. Also they are open on the weekends. I will definitely be back. Itβs worth the 30 minute drive.β

βAmazon is in this location. Did not shop but I saw some clearance items with ceiling fans and bird seeds and also a sign saying some plants are 50%. Always a pleasant shopping experience. Drink machine in the back and they are very helpful. Prices are a pricey for some items.β

βBest place around to get roofing materials, and some of the best prices. Mark up front is very helpful, he's been around roofing since I started roofing 25 years ago. So he knows roofing inside and out. Allot of roofers forget about convoy, but if you don't atleast give them a call, you will never know, if you can get a better deal. So make sure, if your tired of your current supplier,call Convoy. They also have the best loaders, they will go the extra mile, to get you loaded up, it's better than most suppliers, where they hate there job, and could care less about getting your truck loaded. So is a breath of fresh air, too see that. Thank you Convoy, and all the hard workers you haveβ
βMy daughter locked herself out of her bedroom we tried everything to get it open. Decided to call for help.He showed up the manager and got the door open. It was a Schlage so it took a bit to get open. We are very happy for the service.Quick visit and we can get back to life.β
βUpdated 5/29: Apology to Grainger for not updating my review sooner. The only thing that Grainger missed was during my first pick up, a spanner or bushing to adapt the 5/8" shaft to 3/4" wheel bearing was missing. Otherwise it was a very rewarding experience because Grainger offered a full line of products for professionals, not the kludge you normally find in the big box "consumer stores". I also better understand now some products are shipped from Spokane second day, and others from more remote locations like Illinois that will take longer. Anyway I have a new tire now that will out last my wheelbarror.
Original: Could have been a 6 star. I was looking for a replacement wheel for my old wheelbarrow. Locally I found many products with unclear indications about the fit. In Granger I saw a full line of products with clear details about how they fit. The technical expert on call knew exactly what she was talking about and gave me clear confirmation of my understandng. no maybe's. So far so good and this could have been a six-star experience except for two hick ups. The first was a missing part when I picked up from the local store in Fife, i.e., a bushings or "spanner" to adapt my 5/8" axel to the 3/4" wheel bearing. Therefore I had to reorder another one that fits 5/8" exactly but it took longer to arrive. Because of the long drive from my home I called the 1-800 number to confirm its arrival. But when I made it to the local store the local employee "guaranteed" to me that it has not arrived yet. This is why I gave a four star. But I will keep in mind that Granger has good selections of products and they are industrial grade.β
βAn outstanding place for hollow metal doors, relite frames, and vision panels. Nice that you can get a door with the complete Hardware you need. We have been buying here damn near since they opened.β
