They spent as much time as I needed to help change carriers and to set up what I needed on the iPhone11 I selected. When I left the last thing they said to me was to return anytime I needed help. Today (several days later) I returned with about 4 items jotted down for help. Again I left feeling I was treated so very nicely ..... I would give them both 10 STARS if you had given me the choice! “Closest one to my place and they usually have what I need at the time which is usually just a quick bite or drink in the middle of the night lol... Biggest disappointment is the variety of flavors on their slurpees and how few options they have available as well as the lack of banana flavored slurpee which is the best flavor ever in my opinion”

“Very helpful staff at the order pickup counter. I didn't go into the store other than that counter, but it looked clean and well stocked. They have ridiculous prices on most things but they do price match if you ask. Open box items are often good deals”

“I typically have great experiences at most Best Buy stores. At this location, my niece and I visited here. Upon entry, we were quickly greeted by an employee who welcomed us and asked if we needed assistance. I inquired if I was able to pick up an online order that I had originally purchased at the East side store. We were directed to the Order Pickup window. I explained again. Was informed it could be done, however the transfer process could take anywhere from 5 mins to 45 mins. I was willing to wait. Thankfully, it took 5 mins. I also purchased a protection screen for my Iwatch 2/pk. Customer service was nice and prompt. They also assisted my niece with the return of her merchandise. All went very well.”
