“I called every Lincoln dealer in Spokane and no one had what I was looking for I had the part number from Lincoln to make it easy but since it wasn’t something dealers normally carried, not a single Lincoln dealer I talked to except Airgas was willing to try and find the part for us. It was kinda the epitome of you can’t teach an old dog new tricks. They all scoffed at the idea and kept making excuses. Jay at Airgas was willing to call Lincoln and speak to a tech and help us out.
