“I changed to Cricket because of a problem with my last carrier. Perry and Mike at 13817 E. Sprague Ave in the Spokane Valley were SO HELPFUL AND PATIENT WITH ME. They spent as much time as I needed to help change carriers and to set up what I needed on the iPhone11 I selected. When I left the last thing they said to me was to return anytime I needed help. Today (several days later) I returned with about 4 items jotted down for help. Again I left feeling I was treated so very nicely ..... I would give them both 10 STARS if you had given me the choice!
