“Great Service, plenty of staff and nice holiday deals.My wife and I came into the Downtown Spokane WA store Sunday, Dec 10. We were immediately (and warmly) greeted by a young man near the front. After browsing a bit, we were approached by Kai asking if he could help us in any way, we asked him his thoughts on some apparel (we were shopping for our early 20 year old kids). He gave his thoughts, made recommendations. He was very engaging, warm, and a real testament to customer service. He was so helpful and engaging that I went out of my way to seek out the manager on duty Andy to let him know what a pleasurer Kai was for to experience.Overall I thought there was plenty of staff for the customers, noon seemed to be waiting, we had our dog in a portable kennel and our cashier was quick to acknowledge her and even say she could come out of the kennel as they loved their fur-Friends in the store.I have been in Retail Training my entire 25+ year career and know a well run staff. And this store had it. There was a fun buzz about the store, employees enjoying helping customers make holiday purchase decisions.Our cashier talked to me about their loyalty program and it turns out I was already a member and got a lot of points with our large purchase.We will be back!”

“Cece went above and beyond to make sure they had exactly what I was looking for. We went from display to display to find what i was describing to her all with a smile on her face, very friendly. She asked if I had the Buckle card, I explained that I didn't and wasn't sure I could be approved. We went on looking again for items I wanted. Linda the manager asked if I had the card, again I explained I didn't think I could get approved. Well needless to say with their help I was approved, I got the exact items I went in their store to purchase. I absolutely enjoyed both of these ladies..I can't say the same for the Valley store. Those workers are rude disrespectful and they judged us when we were in there. I would much rather drive the extra time to go visit the North Town store where customers are treated like friends.”

“For some reason Google Maps keeps giving incorrect hours. I work at this location and am providing a picture to show our actual hours. Store hours only change during the holiday season for a short period of time. Other than that, store hours are always...Sunday 11-6Monday-Thursday 11-7Friday-Saturday 11-8I hope this helps customers with any confusion, and I, as well as everyone else who works here, deeply apologize for any inconveniences the incorrect hours on here may have caused.”

“Very happy with the Customer Service here.My daughter and I walked in and were immediately welcomed. The gentleman was sitting by the checkout desk and simply told us to let him know if we needed help.I asked if he had any all black SeaHawks 7 3/4 9fifty hats and he said no. However, he got up right away and showed me all the Seahawks 7 3/4 options he had on 2 different areas on the shop. Additionally, he showed me which hats were on discount.I appreciate his help and will definitely be back to purchase more!”
