“If you can not find a pair of jeans here… it might be you not the jeans. But really, they have soooo many different jeans and I have yet to buy a pair that did not fit me perfectly. I have a really odd shape. Super tall (6ft) and super skinny. So almost anything is high water on me and if they are long enough then they are way too big. The buckle is the only place that has the options on all their jeans to get the length and the size. Plus the jeans are quality. Little spendy but so worth it as they last forever.”
“They give a fair value when buying baby clothes in my opinion and since their prices are low, you can get a lot with the store credit. It would be nice to offer cash, but the store credit doesn’t bother me because they always have a nice selection. There is one worker there though, didn’t catch her name, she is not friendly at all.”

In particular, I found Becky, such a lovely person who helped me check out, making sure I had any discounts that could be applied and helped me look up my JC Penney credit card, which I had forgotten. She is a true class act, so kind and personable. Keep Becky happy, she is an asset to this store!”

“Very happy with the Customer Service here.My daughter and I walked in and were immediately welcomed. The gentleman was sitting by the checkout desk and simply told us to let him know if we needed help.I asked if he had any all black SeaHawks 7 3/4 9fifty hats and he said no. However, he got up right away and showed me all the Seahawks 7 3/4 options he had on 2 different areas on the shop. Additionally, he showed me which hats were on discount.I appreciate his help and will definitely be back to purchase more!”

“The service I experienced here was beyond what I had expected. I recently lost a nephew to suicide and since he wore almost exclusively Carhartt apparel, the family wanted to pay tribute to him by also wearing Carhartt to his service. The gentleman who helped me (I think Wyatt?) was very empathetic and helpful in finding the right items. He also informed his manager who shared his similar experience. What could have been an awkward and uncomfortable situation turned out to be one of comfort and understanding. Many thanks to them for their understanding and generosity. You just don’t find service like this anymore.”
