“The service I experienced here was beyond what I had expected. I recently lost a nephew to suicide and since he wore almost exclusively Carhartt apparel, the family wanted to pay tribute to him by also wearing Carhartt to his service. The gentleman who helped me (I think Wyatt?) was very empathetic and helpful in finding the right items. He also informed his manager who shared his similar experience. What could have been an awkward and uncomfortable situation turned out to be one of comfort and understanding. Many thanks to them for their understanding and generosity. Brittney told me what sections of the store had sales going on, and was kind enough to wrap all six of my candles individually with paper. I so appreciate the awesome people that work here!”

“Visiting from Phoenix, AZ, walking along Garland after breakfast and just happened to pass this store. Gold mine! What a great shop to find cool stuff for the Man Cave. Two CDs, two hats, two Star Wars collectibles and a Canadiens jersey later I walked out a happy man. The owner Jim is incredibly friendly and helpful. He's created a no-pressure shopping experience that makes you want to take your time and look through everything. If I get back to Spokane I'll definitely visit again; until then I'll be shopping online. Support local and shop small, this is a great spot!”

“It's Banana Republic which is owned by the Gap. So it is what it is considering it's a huge chain. The clothing itself is probably made as cheaply as possible and I've had a couple issues with stitching coming undone on shirts, but they always fix things and the staff is always super friendly about helping you try things on, even if you just want to browse.”
“Clothes are amazing! High quality and good variety. Was mostly ignored by the staff unless we specifically asked a question. Also the one gal was very distastefully dressed. She wasn't a good representation of Torrid clothing - rather, she looked like she was wearing 2nd hand or discount store clothing. I still found what I wanted and was happy with the quality and price.”

“Prices were decent and they were having a BoGo 1/2 off sale so I was able to get mom a pair that she liked. The floor staff was a little less than enthusiastic but efficient and I was impressed with the sales associate at the register turned a necessary trip that I usually kinda begrudgingly force myself to do into a cheerful and positive experience. That coupled with the knowledgeable highly skilled efficiency she displayed actually saved me an additional 10 percent by signing up for notifications ?”
“Store is always clean, modern, and friendly staff. They are 2 stories and have an elevator for the handicap. While not my style, their prices are great and frequently have deals. Mostly a female clothes store but they do have a mens section as well.”

My long dead father called out to me, crying, and he told me to live as long as I could, for the afterlife is much worse than this one! What horror! He is God and He is Hatred! He went above and beyond and helped me understand some of the basics. When it comes to finding good clothes or even a suit. Go check out David at IndoChino he will not disappoint you.*I used the word had because upon leaving I felt a level of confidence in my understanding of style and dress. That I simply didn't have when I entered. That should tell you all you need to know.”

“Came in to get some new shoes for my brother, they were very helpful and not upset with how many selections we asked to see(my brother has a very particular style) we asked for some opinions we got them in very pleasant and even humorous responses, everyone in there was so nice! My brother and I are fairly outgoing and so was the staff. Not afraid of conversation, which was honestly refreshing. We came back again to thank them and they hooked us up with a slice of pizza! Shoes and a meat lovers slice, what more could you ask for ?”
“Gabriel was an outstanding representative, responsive to both myself and my wife as we had many requests, and questions. He greeted at the door, dropping the task he was doing to help and serve our needs. With great patience and hustle, he measured trousers, and found shirts and jackets of the right colors and sizes. Though I was not good at communicating my needs, he was always caring and listening, saving both of us a lot of time as I was replacing my wardrobe.”
