I went here today to rent a suit for a friend’s wedding. I was able to get everything I needed and out the door in 20 mins thanks to the wonderful help from their sales associates. Thank you Kareem and Deanna. You both made my experience there excellent and smooth.”
“Im an outdoors dog. A disabled veteran that is un-housed. I've preferred a lot of 5.11 gear over the past 10+ years. I chose this store to re-gear every 18 months because its close to my AO and 5.11 won't mail to a P.O. box. My last re-gear was good and some of what I bought is still serviceable in spite of 18 months in the field. This store needs some work on keeping sizes well stocked but when I re-geared this time Troy was on point. This man knows his store and the inventory there-in. He saw that I was wearing and carrying a lot of 5.11 gear and apparel and just listened to me and what I was looking for. NICE! I love that.
So, work on keeping your sizes in stock and your employees will do the rest! This is a good store. Though I've put 5.11 gear to my ultimate test and I've walked their boots literally into the ground, 5.11 gear has never failed me so far, that's why I keep coming back and so should you.
One last statement, I had issues with something that I bought and in the same day, without question, Troy made it right.

“I have to say my experience was nothing short of amazing! I called and talked to Amy, who went way beyond her job duties. I was looking for a specific item but was rushed on time to pick it up and get to the airport. I paid over the phone and went to pick it up and she personally met me at the street and had it beautifully packaged for me!! She is an absolute amazing employee! I wish there was a way to tip her. “I dont know who that service assistant was today at this vans location, but my man handling the shoe section while I was deciding on a new pair was one of the most helpful people I have had a transactional interaction with in quite a while.
Attentive without being intrusive, polite without the usual disingenuous tones you almost casually normally get most places, and helpful through the process without being pushy.

“I go to Coollectibles quite frequently and ALWAYS find amazing items. Jim is an endless source of knowledge. I've been looking for a particular item for nearly 25 years and when I told him what I'd been searching for, he produced it out of a glass case in about 30 seconds!! I nearly fainted. I highly recommend stopping in, you'll take home a lot more than you intended =)”
“Great selection of clothing made of natural materials and beautiful textures. Prices are very reasonable and you can tell they put a lot of effort in choosing what they sell. Everything is so clean and all the clothing looks steamed and pressed. Such a fun shopping experience!”

“Wow! 1. Awesomely rad store. 2. Quality of product 3. Quality of staff - "The Miranda's" 10/10. We went to the mall for 1 high-school dance dress, ended up @earthbound after a lot of fails, bought 2 dresses that my child LOVES, and accessories for $108 total. It was a steal, and I want everything. I was just mingling with the staff and they did their jobs like they were our besties. Best advice and helping us get the whole "look" together and knowledgable about everything... to inclue sizes and whats in stock. Thank you ladies!”

“Went to the store at Northpointe plaza. We were shopping for some clothes for a casual wedding. Rylee helped us out. She knew the store the products and def went above and beyond. Store was clean put together well, but Rylee’s service was what shined. I believe the only thing that’s gonna keep retail stores in business is customer service. “I stopped in to get sized for some journeymans. I am not local to the area but have been in the market for new boots and wanted to be certain of sizing before spending the 600$. Despite not being prepared to purchase, I experienced unparalleled customer service. They sized me up and were happy to let me try on the boots I was interested in (which were amazing). I strongly recommend seeing Bri Goodwin if you can manage to make it in person. She was incredibly knowledgeable across a variety of products and eager to help.

“Rowan, Jennifer and Maddie were all excellent and made me an Urban Outfitters fan for life! Maddie went out of her way to greet me even when super busy. Rowan was super professional and low pressure and when informing me about the current sales.

“We rented tuxedos for our recent wedding through Tuxedo Gallery, and we had a wonderful experience! Lauren was extremely helpful, professional, and communicative throughout the entire process. We had two of our groomsmen coming from out of town for our destination wedding, so they weren’t able to try on their tuxedos beforehand. Lauren went above and beyond to make sure they received the proper sizes and that everything was taken care of. Her communication was phenomenal, and we truly appreciated all of her help in making the process so easy and stress-free!”
