Picked up some great [Home Goods/Clothing] today at prices that can't be beat. The staff was friendly and the checkout line moved surprisingly fast for a weekend. “I will admit that I am a frequent flyer to this location, surprisingly they have some amazing ford/chevy/corvette/ bronco and other variations of amazing car t shirts, and I get to see the amazing Rep Shelby, she is such a hoot and a holler to talk to, and she likes to inform me about her boyfriends Mustang and how they go to car meets as a family. It makes my heart happy to see that the automobile world and appreciation is still within the youngerblood.
Please go and see Shelby down at Tj Maxx, she is a wonderful soul and makes going to Tj Maxx worth it.
And if possible please clone her and only have your front staff filled with Shelby’s, the world would be a better and happier place”

“I have to say my experience was nothing short of amazing! I called and talked to Amy, who went way beyond her job duties. I was looking for a specific item but was rushed on time to pick it up and get to the airport. I paid over the phone and went to pick it up and she personally met me at the street and had it beautifully packaged for me!! She is an absolute amazing employee! I wish there was a way to tip her. “Had an issue with my online order. Called the store and the workers were sooo helpful. I stopped by to exchange and they had my replacement shoes ready and the exchange was seamless. I got home and the shoes were too big - my fault for not trying on. Stopped by again a couple days later and they exchanged them a second time - and again thing were seamless. 5 star service!!!”

“I go to Coollectibles quite frequently and ALWAYS find amazing items. Jim is an endless source of knowledge. I've been looking for a particular item for nearly 25 years and when I told him what I'd been searching for, he produced it out of a glass case in about 30 seconds!! I nearly fainted. “Wow! 1. Awesomely rad store. 2. Quality of product 3. Quality of staff - "The Miranda's" 10/10. We went to the mall for 1 high-school dance dress, ended up @earthbound after a lot of fails, bought 2 dresses that my child LOVES, and accessories for $108 total. It was a steal, and I want everything. I was just mingling with the staff and they did their jobs like they were our besties. Best advice and helping us get the whole "look" together and knowledgable about everything... to inclue sizes and whats in stock. Thank you ladies!”

“Love the store and I know they dont individually have control over this, but urban outfitters needs to control the prices a bit, a really thin and flimsy bralette is way overpriced for how quickly itll fall apart, still like the store and they make cute stuff. Just not high quality for the price. Good for a season or 2 before it falls apart.”

“I stopped in to get sized for some journeymans. I am not local to the area but have been in the market for new boots and wanted to be certain of sizing before spending the 600$. Despite not being prepared to purchase, I experienced unparalleled customer service. They sized me up and were happy to let me try on the boots I was interested in (which were amazing). I strongly recommend seeing Bri Goodwin if you can manage to make it in person. She was incredibly knowledgeable across a variety of products and eager to help.
