“I heard the radio ads for years and finally went in to the store without the intent to purchase but just to look. John helped me and we started with a on sale great looking tv with an excellent picture quality. He showed me a few different options at similar price points, went through the technology on the TV's and I ultimately decided on something that was antiglare and gave more of the theater vibe; my house has big windows so glare can be a problem when watching movies/gaming. I'm glad that I visited the store and talked to John as well as the GM, they definitely know their way around TV and technology; I work in the film and production industry and to hear the guys talk about nits and spectro testing was great; only true TV nerds understand. Glad I stopped in and found the TV that fit my needs, they did not push me, and helped guide me to the best decision for my purposes. Thanks again.”

“The Target at 13724 E Sprague Ave Spokane, WA 99216 is always an excellent place to shop. I also appreciate a Starbucks located inside and a clean cart to hold my drink. This store is clean and all merchandise is neat and organized. The associates are polite, friendly and willing to help. The parking lot is also well maintained and plenty of pickup parking slots are provided. Absolutely one of my fave places to shop or browse.”
“I had the most wonderful experience at Cricket on Market st yesterday. Can you even say 'wonderful experience' when heading into a phone store? I never could until yesterday. The customer service i received from Tia was the best customer service experience I have ever had ANYWHERE in all my 41 years! Tia was genuinely friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Tia was multitasking and making herself respectfully available to every customer in her store while simultaneously not ignoring or taking away attention from her tasks. I joked saying she should be working for NASA. Tia went above and beyond for everyone in her store yesterday. This woman left an impression on me that I will never forget. “First of all, I have never in my life went to ANY business and be treated this AMAZING! The customer service displayed by the manager Tasha Maria was hands down the best I've experienced thus far. Not only did she and the others treat me the way a customer should be treated, but they also treated me like family. Helping me out to make sure I could get a nice new phone, charging my old phone and helped me set up my new phone. All the while just talking and actually enjoying the experience. I was a Verizon customer my whole life and now, I wish I would have made the switch sooner. “I am usually fairly satisfied with my experience shopping at Target. However i have noticed lately the store does tend to look destroyed, then when you get to the register you might have a 3-4 person wait at a regular register ( the only way to use cash) and self checkout isnt much better. Add to that once your at the register there is enough space for you and your shopping cart, but if someone needs to go to the register on front of you or is exiting from behind you if you dont have your cart against the register and aren’t standing directly in front or behind it others cant get through. This led another customer to snap my head off when i simply cut over after checking out through a self checkout that was exiting as the person at the register in front of me was taking up the whole aisle.”

“Best way to shop here is online grocery ordering plus drive-up. They come out and put everything in your trunk. Except of course for milk which they have in abundant stock but won't let you buy online. This winter has been warm so we skipped the Shipt (delivery) membership this year.”
“Arons has bee so kind and the person I worked with was very helpful the only reason I gave it a 4 instead of a five is a misunderstanding with my furniture. But they are very quick to make it right and get me the couch in mint condition. I would definitely refer them even with the little glitch as they were very kind and quick to fix the problem kindness goes along way with me so if you're looking to be treated with respect and if any issues do arise they are quick to fix your issue. I can't wait to get my new couch it will complete my front room”

Jason, the store manager, was a rock star - getting on the phone with T-Mobile support and walking through the entire process with me; getting me an updated account and saving me a significant amount of time and money. Then he walked me through the details, and helped me download the T-Life app and getting me set up.
I know that's not the most glamorous effort - not selling new phones or new plans. But I've been a T-Mobile customer for many years - and thanks to his effort I plan to be for many more years. Honestly the best customer service I've ever had from a cell phone company. He went above and beyond to solve my problems - thanks Jason!”
