Think twice before going to this store. I don’t know if all Rent A Centers are like this, but they dropped the ball, and set the standards for being the worst company I have ever worked with. I will be doing what I can to make sure no one else has to experience what I did. Lawsuit in the making.

Very sick people. Don’t trust this franchise,, they are very good at disappointing and treating people with no respect. No respect for customers. No respect for their homes. No respect for their business.

Careful, be wary of RAC, they are not to be trusted. I suggest Aaron’s or any other company. They have better deals, better customer service, and honest. These people went through my personal belongings, I will be making a police report, thank god for attorneys, and thank god for insurance.
