Piper is a nut! She always looks beautiful after her appointment and they really listen to what the client wants. They go above and beyond and have even noticed medical issues that we ended dealing with early on. Piper wasn’t acting sick but turned out having a very serious uterus infection. Liz recommended taking her to the vet after what she noticed and it likely saved Pipers life. ❤️

They also have our dog’s best interest at heart, letting us know about any health concerns noted in ears, fur, etc. Pampered Pets are extremely easy to work with for appointments and pickup schedules. I cannot say enough good things about this location and our favorite groomer, Teresa! I recommend this location to all of my friends and family. Everyone always compliments how beautiful our dog looks in her bows and bandana. We will be customers for years to come!

1017 S Perry St, SpokaneCharleigh is 12 1/2 year old Ragdoll. She is my only "child". Everytime I took her to a vet clinic my cat would absolutely transform into a evil cat. This clinic was recommended to me as the best place I could bring Charleigh. So I did, and the staff was so good to her, and the horrible patient she was in the past didn't happen this time. Of course Charleigh was scared but the doctor and tech had Charleigh calm during the exam. On the way to the clinic she was meowing very angry, but when we drove home she was very calm. This clinic is closed on the weekend, but that didn't stop the doctor from calling me Saturday and letting me know what the lab results were. I live on the north side of Spokane, but the drive is worth it to get amazing service that my cat even approves of. I promise you everyone at this clinic cares. It's more then just a job to them, you can tell it is their passion.

Indian Trail Animal Hospital
5150 W Barnes Rd, SpokaneI have been a client of ITAH for 7 years. In the last 2 years, Dr Skinner has provided all of my fur-kids with beyond amazing medical care, and the entire team at Indian Trail has been kind, warm, and like family for us. Dr Skinner saw my beloved soul dog Max through his final year with cancer, and compassionately laid him to rest June 21st, 2023 when it was his time. It was the hardest day of my life, but there was no other set of hands I would have trusted him with in those final moments. A few months later, the clinic reached out to ask if I'd be willing to foster a young german shepherd who had been abandoned. That young man had some big paw prints to fill, but he has become my best friend, and an outstanding fur-sibling in the family; we love him dearly and are thankful every day that we were connected with him. Since then, ITAH has continued to be a safe place for my animals to get the care they need. Thank you, Indian Trail, for going above and beyond to define what veterinary care should be. There's nowhere else I'd rather go.

Today 7/30/24 Dr Mark made room in his schedule to see my son's ferret within an hour of our phone call requesting if it was possible to get an appointment. ? All staff were friendly as was Dr Mark, and he is just so informative, relaxed, friendly and not pushy towards expensive tests right at the get go. We both immediately felt comfortable w Dr Mark's approach in treating our ferret. My son has a disability so he easily gets upset and has limited financial resources as well. But he really likes Dr Mark and has trust w the "doc". I'm a retired Veterinarian assistant so I understand more about these medical issues than my son, and I was very impressed w Dr Mark! He had had a rough start to life and was people reactive. When we recently found ourselves fostering a young adult dog with no training we turned to DITR again. Because of our previous experience we chose a beginning class taught my Arielle and Hayley Jewell. The class provided the perfect framework to allow my wife & I to work with Pecan in a logical order and at a pace that optimized results. Each class allowed us to discuss our recent successes, and trouble shoot any areas where we weren’t making the progress we hoped for. To complement the in-person classes they provided a workbook and many video examples for reference.and reassurance. They also responded to my texts. I highly recommend DITR,

She was an incredible dog and we loved her dearly. She lived to be 12, and I called Cole on the day she passed to let him know. He was kind, empathetic, and didn’t mind my tears despite me being a grown man. If you just want a dog, look elsewhere; but if you want a family member, come to Cole. Maya was, as Cole said, a “once in a lifetime dog” and I don’t know if we deserved her—but we loved her as if we did deserve her. Loki is now 7 years old, and is also an incredible dog—the best male I have ever owned. I, my wife, and my sons miss Maya terribly. No other dog can replace her. If you are committed to your family and see a dog as a family, come to Cole and he will treat you as family and set you up with the most irreplaceable dog you have ever met. I moved away to Central Texas, and I would drive 2000 miles back to Cole if I was to get another pup.

I have specific problems with my dog and she blocked out a 2 hour time frame to focus on him and helped me sort through my training and safety options with him. I want to train him to wear a muzzle, she recommended the Baskerville. I didn't know for sure what size so I bought 2 (elsewhere, she doesn't sell them) and she helped me find the right fit and taught me how to make it a positive experience! The collar training system I purchased (also elsewhere) was a bad choice, however, and I will be returning that!! I had socialized and clicker trained a couple of different dogs with Heather before she got her own place, and absolutely recommend her to anyone wanting to cut to the chase. Pretty or not, she will tell it to you straight!!

Good Behaviors K9 Training
6917 N Cochran St, SpokaneMy dog, Flynn, struggled with appropriately greeting and interacting with other dogs. After a 6 week board and train with Matt, Flynn is a gentleman who is now able to play with other dogs and is able to express his boundaries in a more appropriate way. When I visited Flynn two weeks into the board and train it was clear to me that I had absolutely no reason to worry. Flynn was so comfortable with Matt and was having the time of his life on “vacation”. The entire experience was amazing, Matt kept me in the loop like I was right there with Flynn. At the go home lesson we didn’t miss a beat, Matt explained everything in a way that I could understand and is willing to continue working with Flynn and I on going. Matt has a way with the dogs, he treats them with respect and kindness and it shines through the relationship he creates with the dogs! I cannot thank Matt enough for helping Flynn and I have the best possible relationship!

Our dog, Mia, is utterly terrified of so many things (vacuums, mops, brooms, beeps, lots of loud noises...and we have two young boys!) Her extreme anxiety would send her jumping fences every time we needed to clean! Heidi and Scott and their crew have been so gentle with Mia, helping her to find her place in the pack, and now she gets SO excited as soon as we pull up. We had taken her to an indoor doggie daycare, but she never really settled in, even with multiple visits. I think there is huge benefit in the outdoor setting of this playground, with the added benefit of far less noise and barking. We are so happy to have found this place!!
