Pricey? Yes. Well worth it? Also yes. I love when one walks into the store, one can hear the hammer pounding of boots. This store is true blue Americana. They don't skimp. The prices are outrageous. But like we hear, you get what you pay for.

It is a great store. My husband has been getting his boots there for almost thirty years. His doctor told him if he didn't get good boots that his feet would not hold up for long. He is still going strong. The people that take care of you are wonderful to deal with. We highly recommend it.

Incredible quality. Haven’t had a footwear like this ever; redefines what a quality shoe should be. Thank you ! Can’t wait to visit the store and meet the team someday.
The White's Boots tradition has its roots in the logging country of West Virginia back before the Civil War. It was there that Otto White's father & grandfather made calked boots for the logging industry.
In 1902, the tradition was carried west when Otto and his father moved to St. Maries, Idaho. Then in 1915 they moved to Spokane, Washington where, under Otto's guidance, the business flourished.
Otto White's desire was a simple one: Make the finest work boots in the world! This single-minded ambition drove Otto to excel at his craft. His insistence on quality infected the workers of his growing business too, and the White's reputation grew with every pair of boots that came out of the shop.
