7101 E Loop Rd, StevensonDr. Ashley, Preformed surgery 4 times on our dog Violet. The tumor on her leg was aggressive, and a difficult procedure to perform, so much so 3 other vets would not preform the surgery. We had another 3 years and 8 month because of Dr. Ashley. Best vet I have ever seen.

They must use fresh masa, the corn flavor in the tortillas was lovely. Fish was fresh and juicy in the fish tacos. We got a pork burrito as well. Standard burrito size and very delicious.
Staff was very nice. Green sauce was good and mild, thicker red sauce very flavorful and equally hot so beware! ?
Dining area consisted of a wooden tables with pretty nice views for being tucked in the corner of a Dinoco lot. ? ?
Going back today, will update with photo of the excellent food. If you're looking to eat Mexican in Carson this is the clear winner! ?
Edit: Added photos. Went back for the second time today while staying at the hot springs hotwl. Tortillas and fish seemed even more fresh first thing in the morning. We got fish tacos ? ? and barbacoa burrito ? I will be going here for a third time on my way out of town tomorrow. Great food, lovely family, so glad to have this place on my radar

Red Bluff Tap House

We came in with a group of 8 on a Sunday around 3 PM and were seated within a couple minutes. Street parking was easy to find. Menus and water arrived quickly, but after that service slowed down quite a bit — we waited close to 10 minutes before anyone came back, and we almost considered leaving.
One thing we didn’t love was that the drink menu was only available through a QR code and didn’t include prices, so we had to ask about them separately.
There was also a small mix-up with the food when a vegetarian diner was served mac and cheese with bacon, though thankfully it was caught before anyone ate it.
The sweet potato fries were really good, and the bulgogi beef fries were a standout. The fish tacos were just okay. For drinks, the Bochi Bochi beer was average, but the peanut butter porter on the second round was much better.
The restroom appeared clean, and overall it was a decent experience with a few service hiccups.

240 1st St, StevensonThe Happy Hiker Burger made me exceptionally happy. It’s so good that I will need a second one tomorrow, on my way home from hiking. Truly a delicious burger! The cherry stout is not something I’d usually get, but I decided to branch out and give it a try — and I’m so glad I did! This was a great food visit on an overnight stay in the area.
