  The lady, whom I'm assuming is the manager, was very helpful with my upgrades. Activated my phone quickly and was courteous to other guests as well. Great job.

  It was easy to find -- lots of parking in a lot (not on street)
  I went arrived in the morning as first opened, and I was helped right away.
