“This place was awesome. We have a home built in 1917 and it so hard to find replacements that look right. This place has everything we have been looking for and it wasn't overpriced. The staff was so friendly and the store is so clean with everything clearly priced.”
“Came to the base to do some installations, only to find out kits had mismilled screws 3000 plus. Being new to area I went to Fastenal out of name recognition no luck. Could not tell me where to go. So stopped at a O'Reilly's they told me about Tacoma screw
Went to the Olympia location Jared found what I needed but that location only had 200 but found another 800 at the Tacoma location so grabbed those as well and they had the rest of the order two days late. Before I could write this review I had another bunch of kits missing specifically nuts and screws
They again saved the day it me enough to get thru the day with more coming in tomorrow.
Jared, Brady and especially David !! He really when above and beyond to meet our needs, to find what I needed and get it to me and follow thru with all communications and status updates.
And Sarah help out today big time

“Purchased a vinyl window (custom order) wasn't sure what to get exactly but, the representative (Sarah Nolan) was wonderful and explained the difference between the windows and their fit in the opening. I received the window within 2 weeks. I also purchase lumber and pellets from Gray. They have great customer service always.”

Filling the propane tank was very quick. The guy saw me walking to the pump and literally beat me to it. Apparently that is normal.
I'm told they are slightly more expensive than u-hual, but not wait time more than offsets that small difference.”
“I didn't know what I needed to make the changes that my new fuel pump needed. I needed to go from a stiff metal tubing to a flexible USCG approved tube. I needed all the fittings as well due to the changes. I spent 2 hours at 3 different local chain parts suppliers, they were useless, and I'll never get that time backI went to Williams, Bill had it figured out and sent me on my way in less than 15 minutes. It is so nice to be able to go somewhere that has knowledgeable people working to take care of customers.Thanks, Bill! Thanks, Williams!I'll be back”

“I was able to rent an auger they had 2 in stock. Apparently, you can't reserve heavy machines online as it showed nothing for Sat rentals. So I just called in and they opened at 6am. Victor was very helpful gave me the run down of the machine and got me out in no time. Thank you so much, Victor!”

“Today was my first visit to McLendon and I was so impressed with the service. I had a list that included things in 4 different departments and there was someone to walk me through each one to help me pick out the correct items. Plus I needed a 33" x 16" board that they found for me in the scrape pile. I'm a very happy customer and will never going wondering through those other stores again.”

“Best place around to get roofing materials, and some of the best prices. Mark up front is very helpful, he's been around roofing since I started roofing 25 years ago. So he knows roofing inside and out. Allot of roofers forget about convoy, but if you don't atleast give them a call, you will never know, if you can get a better deal. So make sure, if your tired of your current supplier,call Convoy. They also have the best loaders, they will go the extra mile, to get you loaded up, it's better than most suppliers, where they hate there job, and could care less about getting your truck loaded. So is a breath of fresh air, too see that. Thank you Convoy, and all the hard workers you have”

Not that it matters but if it helps get him accolades, the gentleman was deaf. You're lucky to have him Home Depot!”

“I don't usually shop at this particular home. Depot, but I do appreciate their tool department because they actually took care of business. It's much better than what it used to be. So I'm grateful, but the consistency, with all home depots, is this it's really difficult to find someone that's helpful with some knowledge.Anymore, mainly because a lot of the people that had that knowledge are no longer working there.So they need to learn a lot more about what they're doing before they do it, or maybe you guys should consider hiring semi.Retired contractors that no stuff and make it worth our while to go to work for you.”
“A great addition to the neighborhood! Easy to get to, plenty of parking, great selection of tools, gloves, construction stuffs and a friendly staff to boot! The showroom is not open to the public right now due to Covid 19 but employees are there and grab stuff for you. You can also call ahead and they'll bring it out.”

“I called before my visit to confirm they carried what I needed, and the phone experience was great—both associates were helpful and kind. When I arrived, the cashier made sure I got every answer I was looking for. She didn’t know the answer to one of my questions, and I was ready to just guess, but she insisted on calling someone who had more knowledge about my situation.
The associate she brought in was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and really understood my needs. The associate who brought the items out to my truck was also exceptionally nice—he even loaded the bags into the bed for me.
I had been nervous about making this trip because I honestly had no idea what I needed, but every one of these associates made me feel comfortable and taken care of. I’m truly grateful for their help.”
