I went to the office at Urban Storage Sprague and Jayme, the manager, made me feel like I was talking with a dear friend. She is a sweet, kind, helpful soul. Next time I move, I will definitely rent a unit here to make the process easier. Thank you, Jayme!

Jayme help solve my storage crisis on a short notice with an amazing unit that fit all my needs. The location of the unit and ease of access was a huge plus.
