There is a young lady who speak bilingual and she is a Preachers Kid and the other two are all very friendly and helpful (a young lady and young man) When I have a problem and Iam at work I always wait for my days off to just let them help me. “Bought my phone 3 month ago and it's full of apps I could not open a page made a stop at another store in auburn they guy looked at the phone and he said I need to buy a new phone this phone is no good anymore explained that I only had it for couple of months left that store customer service told me to go to the commons mall location I was greeted by a gentleman before I even explain the situation he already can tell the issue he asked me to give him 20 minutes to clean my phone after 15 my is working again soon I asked if I need to buy another phone he smiled and said no and he showed me how no to install apps that causes issues”

“I came in on a Friday, and Madeline helped me out. She was seriously so nice from the second me and my dad walked in. She answered all of my questions without making me feel rushed and explained everything in a way that actually made sense.
I’ve been to phone stores where it feels like they’re just trying to get you in and out, but she was patient, friendly, and made the whole experience really easy. You can tell she actually cares about helping people.

“First and foremost I want to thank Joel for the care he showed my grandmother when she came in to get new phone. Unlike her last visit which resulted in the addition of a line she never asked for. He was patient and kind as she suffers from early onset dementia and has trouble with these types of task. He went above and beyond the scoop of his job. As an employee of the company often times people are fake pleasant but Joel’s kindness seemed genuine and that’s something I feel lacks when reps deal with elderly customers. I know sales are important but so is taking care of those who need a little extra help. So thank you again Joel, I know I promised an immediate review but ya know, life!”

“Haley, the Manager, was fanaminal!!! IF I would have met her before today, I would STILL BE A T-MOBILE CUSTOMER!!! T-Mobile has been Pi$$ing me off for over a year. Made the decision to change to Consumer Cellular because OF THE ONGOING FRUSTRATIONS WITH T-MOBILE. Then, I was told I needed to go to a store, was recommened to go to this store in Kent.
HALEY TOOK GREAT CARE OF ME, AS I SAID, IF I HAD MET HALEY BEFORE I MADE THE SWITCH I WOULD STILL BE WITH T-MOBILE.
