Being android users IPhone is completely foreign to us but Faye walked through every step with us and even took time out of a busy day to help us complete the set up. “First and foremost I want to thank Joel for the care he showed my grandmother when she came in to get new phone. Unlike her last visit which resulted in the addition of a line she never asked for. He was patient and kind as she suffers from early onset dementia and has trouble with these types of task. He went above and beyond the scoop of his job. As an employee of the company often times people are fake pleasant but Joel’s kindness seemed genuine and that’s something I feel lacks when reps deal with elderly customers. I know sales are important but so is taking care of those who need a little extra help. So thank you again Joel, I know I promised an immediate review but ya know, life!”
