“I arrived at the need for a mailhouse for the first time in my life just recently. It turns out that I would rather pay someone than fold and stuff hundreds of envelopes. I contacted Lacy and Par after receiving a personal recommendation, and could not be happier with the service that I received.Their professionalism was evident in not only their business processes but also their attention to customer service, holding my hand as I figured out what it was that we needed, and how to print and deliver a finished bulk letter. This very well may be a one time transaction but if I do find myself doing large mailings in the future I will definitely be a return customer. The views expressed above are my own and do not necessarily reflect the official policy or position of any other agency, organization, employer or company.”

“Steven and Gateway Crate and Freight did an amazing job picking up, packing and shipping my two heirloom hope chests from Seattle, WA to Orlando, FL. They took great care in making sure the chests were packed carefully so they would not be damaged and they arrived in perfect condition. I would highly recommend them.”

“Wonderful experience. The gentleman there helped me enter all the shipping info and gave me different shipping options for sending a package to Thailand. And the price includes all taxes and duties to get the package into the country. This is definitely better than using those other shipping options. The package arrived on time as well.”

“Recently used hazmat express and was thoroughly impressed from start to finish. The entire process was smooth, efficient, and stress-free. Communication was clear and prompt, the staff were courteous and professional, and my shipment arrived right on schedule — in perfect condition. What really stood out was their attention to detail and customer care. They kept me updated every step of the way, and it was clear that they truly value their clients. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone in need of fast, reliable, and trustworthy shipping services. Will definitely be using them again!”

“So I just got out of the UPS store and the members of the team asked me how my Alaska cruise was the first time I returned after the cruise. Based on my experiences with other shipping companies in private franchises, not only is this unexpected, but it’s something that really was exceptional It was unexpected in a way where it really put me on my heels of appreciation. And it’s not just one person. It starts with the franchise owner who puts in the elbow grease and just an incredible team who care about people who walk in that are willing to connect and engage with them I’m truly touched, so I thought I would leave a review in that emotional state.”

“It's not really a public place. It's one of UPS freight docks and it won't be there much longer. The city of Tukwila is exercising eminent domain to put it's operations there.”

“I take pride in delivering excellent customer service—but I have to say, she was even better than me. I initially had some concerns, as my past experiences with USPS staff haven’t always been very customer-focused. However, she completely changed my perspective. I confidently gave the highest rating ⭐️, and I’m genuinely happy with the service I received.”
