They were respectful of where we were at and kind and considerate throughout the process. They even went above and beyond for us including bringing a gurney out since our dog was unable to walk. Thoughtful, caring, respectful, above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and took care of our furry family member as if he was their family member too.

2900 29th Ave SW STE E1, TumwaterMy dog and I love Top Dog! He hears the word “daycare” and gets so excited that he does a victory lap around the car before jumping in. He’s 70 lbs of chaos, but he is adequately worn out by the end of the day. They communicated clearly during his first few times there to share how he was adjusting. It was recommended to me by a friend who had spent a couple of hours observing in the facility before enrolling their dog, and they spoke highly of the methods they observed. They are also very understanding. Right after I bought a 10 day pass, I unexpectedly took medical leave, meaning I didn’t need to use daycare as often, but they let me extend the expiration and use all of my passes. I have also been stuck behind a crash in traffic and they were very understanding!

I always forget to ask for light ice but always get it anyways so it makes me happy (as you can see in the photo). The amount of boba is so generous too. The service has always been good as well. I'd go to Dutch Bros over Starbucks every time! Starbucks is too overpriced for a smaller and lackluster caffinated bev, not to mention their sad corporate vibe is off putting plus their terrible loyalty program, it's offensive. DB is for us who enjoys beautifully blended drinks with tons of flavor and sweetness. If you like red bull spritz, lotus, or the refreshers then I'm sure you'll enjoy Rebels here! I usually get them blended for a slushy vibe. I appreciate the loyalty rewards for us too.
