“I have been having difficulties with my TMobile SyncUp Drive ever since I had to upgrade to the new style. It flat out just didn't work. I went into a different location 3 times and they couldn't help me. I called customer service and still no luck getting it to work.

I walked into this T-Mobile and they were able to help me within in minutes. The problem? The SIM card on the new SyncUp wasn't linked correctly.

“If you want to test an audio and video system before making a big investment, this is the perfect place. Only two Best Buy stores feature Magnolia Studios, where you can experience these systems: Bellevue and Tacoma. The Tacoma location has two spacious studios. Jordon was very knowledgeable, quickly understood our needs, and helped us narrow down our options. He patiently explained the technical details of the add-ons, making the experience enjoyable. In the end, we decided to purchase the Bowers SR 702. Jordon and Roddy helped close the deal and were very supportive until the speakers were loaded into the car. This place is highly recommended if you are very particular and picky about your audio system.”

“Inside it is nice and open not. Except for the phones on display by the door the phones on display in the middle of the room are off. The prices look to be decent. They don't have the OtterBox phone case. To make up for that they do have 13ft drop protection phone case for $30 for soft shell case $25.”

Where thankfully we are always greeted/helped by Roxanne and her team. I'm not cell phone savvy. I thank her and her team for always being there for. While taking care of us, she was highly motivated to multi-task helping multiple people while taking care of us. In the end we spent approximately 15 minutes in store and got everything figured out. “We visited Truckcity CB today to get some tips and knowledge from someone who knows more about CB installation then we do before I install the Mobile Ham Radio in our Ford F350 Superduty that already had existing antenna mounts on the roof from the existing owner. Even tho they deal in CB's and not Ham Radio installation, the employee we spoke to was very informative in what I should do when I install our Ham Radio. He took the time to look everything over in our truck and I now know what to look for in an antenna and how to properly clean up the existing NMO mounting hardware in order to properly install the new antenna. I highly recommend Truckcity CB to take care of your CB needs. As far as the review left two months ago by another reviewer. They definately are in fact still open for business during their business hours. Dispite the false review that said otherwise.”

“Love the Customer Service, Professionalism & Fast Service of this location! ! The Sales Rep #: ****903 who helped me today was Kind & Great! Thankful for his help. However, I wish he would've known the different sizes of Apple Watch Bands you can get. I purchased an Apple Watch today & the band was small. I asked for a bigger size, and his response was, it was the only size they carried!! And instead of looking for other options that would help me? He recommended I buy a bigger band from Best Buy, Apple Store or Amazon. Now, why would I want to buy another band for it when I just purchased this new watch expecting for this one to work?? Just more money out of my pocket spent!! Anyways, luckily another nice coworker overheard our conversation and told the sales rep to check in their safe box or the back for a bigger size cause the one we had was small/medium. Unfortunately, they didn't have any available. So, I settled for a black band they found in one of their drawers. It was a bit disappointing because I had purchased a White/Silver apple watch, but walked out wearing a black one. Thanks for your help, but hopefully this review will help some staffs get a little more training.
