“Got the full service interior detail on my 2019 Mercedes S class. It wasn’t in terrible shape but had a decent amount of grime in the crevices and some spots here and there on the carpets and upholstery, probably hasn’t been detailed since new. They didn’t miss a single spot and made the leather look like new. My husband also previously used them for a major correction and ceramic coating job and they did a phenomenal job then too, which is why we are repeat customers. These folks are the best of the best, you won’t be disappointed”

“10 years ago I had the roof and the hood of a Toyota tundra that I had just purchased repainted at maaco the paint job lasted until now March of 2026. I recently went into get an estimate for repainting and I was told I have access to free paint jobs for the rest of my life on this part of the truck so I had the paint job done and they even were willing to add an extra clear coat free of charge. It was done in a timely fashion and the clerks were just super friendly and helpful. Couldn't recommend them more and the work was quality it's lasted 10 years on a truck that's never been garaged and that and that's been through the rainy winters of the Pacific Northwest.”
“I'll give this a five-star rating because I don't want to hurt your score. However, you should improve your customer service. I visited to get my car cleaned inside, and the staff member there barely explained the services. Since it was my first time, I asked how the interior and exterior cleaning work. I had to ask if I could get my car done, and he said it would take about 45 minutes, almost discouraging me from doing business there. I asked if he could schedule an appointment 45 minutes later, but he told me it's first come, first served, and there was hardly anyone there. I decided to leave because it seemed they didn't care and didn't want my business.”
