“Got the full service interior detail on my 2019 Mercedes S class. It wasn’t in terrible shape but had a decent amount of grime in the crevices and some spots here and there on the carpets and upholstery, probably hasn’t been detailed since new. They didn’t miss a single spot and made the leather look like new. My husband also previously used them for a major correction and ceramic coating job and they did a phenomenal job then too, which is why we are repeat customers. These folks are the best of the best, you won’t be disappointed”
“I have a 1976 BMW 2002 which working on older vehicles has become a lost art and there’s not very many body shops that specialize in this stuff anymore and every classic car or classic renovation auto body shop that I went to was too scared to do the job after bringing it to bacon before I could even go get my rental car from the other body shop they already had my car tore apart and ready for improvements. I couldn’t have picked a better shop. This car needs specialized experience and if there’s ever anybody that needs this type of experience working on older vehicles, this is absolutely 100% place to take it to. “I'll give this a five-star rating because I don't want to hurt your score. However, you should improve your customer service. I visited to get my car cleaned inside, and the staff member there barely explained the services. Since it was my first time, I asked how the interior and exterior cleaning work. I had to ask if I could get my car done, and he said it would take about 45 minutes, almost discouraging me from doing business there. I asked if he could schedule an appointment 45 minutes later, but he told me it's first come, first served, and there was hardly anyone there. I decided to leave because it seemed they didn't care and didn't want my business.”
