“I had a great experience with Jacobus. They kept in constant contact during the repairs and went above and beyond. When I picked up my car, it was spotless inside and out. They replaced the rear bumper and taillights and they look great! I asked what product I could use on my yellowing headlights. They took my car back to the shop and buffed them out. They even made the car rental process super easy.”

“Better late than never. I was in and purchased a 2026 Kia EV9 in September. Wasn't hassled when my wife and I first walked onto the lot. Was able to peruse their EV9 and EV6 vehicles. Walked into the lobby and was greeted by Lucas. He asked if we had an appointment to which we did not. He was johnny on the spot and worked with us. He was very courteous and professional. He helped us look over a couple of EV9's that we had seen on their website. He was very knowledgeable with their electric vehicles. We talked numbers and we were able to get a fair deal. Upon completing our purchase Lucas was able to walk us through some of the features within the vehicle prior to us leaving. Through the last 3 months of owning our Kia, we've been really happy with how it has performed for us. We're currently experiencing a really minor issue related to the driver side seat and debating about making the trek down to Dick Hannah's service or bite the bullet and visit the local Kia dealership shop.”
