“I had a great experience at this location. I was helped by a lady named Desirae. I was having problems connecting my Apple Watch and also getting its own line so I can hike without taking my phone. I went into another location, which they were unsuccessful. They told me it was on when it was not then I tried to do it on my own at home, which I also have problems with, but I went into the store and Desirae helped me and figured out the problem. “We went here yesterday to get 2 new phones and we had the best experience!!! Logan R. Took care of us, we were also in a time crunch and he did it all within 30 minutes which was amazing, he was super easy going and is literally so knowledgeable about everything in the store & with the phone plans. He also helped us out with getting a Verizon visa, which is saving us 900 bucks a year! So a big shoutout to Logan R.! Thanks man! Chilton also helped us out, he was super friendly and gave us some costumer appreciation gifts which was so awesome!!! Thank you Chilton! This is definitely our new store to come to.”
