“I came in because my phone wouldn't charge and the cable was falling out. They cleaned my phone for free and that fixed the problem. If it hadn't I would have had them do hardware repairs.
The staff is friendly, polite, professional, and knowledgeable. They keep their shop clean and organized and it's a comfortable environment.
They have an amazing selection of used phones both newer and older models for amazing prices. They also have a wide variety of cellphone cases and other accessories. I saw a couple used MacBook air laptops and I was heavily tempted to purchase one of them but I had to resist that temptation today.
I will be back here to upgrade to a newer model cellphone in the near future.

While I was there an older couple came in needing help with their phones. Samantha multitasked and helped all of us at the same time rotating between phones as the data transferred. I highly recommend this Cricket store. I received excellent customer service and a friendly experience.”
