“I haven't bought a car since 2010 and was frankly pretty freaked out about having to buy a car again. Like legit losing sleep. I called in randomly and Damien picked up. I told him what I needed and he started to look at options. I was sent several options quickly through text. Today I landed a great car, at a better rate by far than I'd already been pre approved for. Damien is a champion. Ask for him.”

“I dropped in here, after spending several hours waiting at Les Schwab, only to be told I couldn't just buy one tire, had to buy 4, to see about getting a tire repaired after finding a large screw and unfortunately the tire had two screws and what looked to be a staple, so it was clearly done for. Sergio gave me a great price $65/used tire with at least 60% tread remaining, and with tax, balanced, installed and disposal of ny old tire, I only paid $70. That's what I call an affordable tire replacement. He also quoted me for new tires at a great price, which I'll definitely be coming back to have them installed for me by these guys. The service was excellent, very personable staff, clean shop & waiting area, and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. I highly recommend this shop for any tire related issue, and they've got ny business for all my future tire needs from now on. Overall a very nice (almost refreshing) experience and excellent fair pricing.”

“Great shop. With how unlucky i am with tires these peeps know how to fix them. In last year ive had 4 flats, and 2 full replacements. Each time said would be an hour ended up being 15 to 30 mins. So props on that it is why i keep coming back not to mention helps my wallet when flat repairs are free if they can be fixed. Not to mention the price for tires is well more affordable here than other shops for same brand of tires. All 3 of my cars have been here through out my driving life so im happy to say i am a repeat customer.”

“I am always happy to recommend NW Imports to anyone in need of a great auto shop. In addition to the outstanding customer service, I feel very comfortable and confident with what they do for my vehicle. I don't have interest or time to deal with car issues, and they are always quick to take care of what is needed so I don't have to. Thank you!”

“Harsh Skeptic here. Had a major issue and they installed the 800$ part for the lowest amount of labor I've ever seen. *** Update. Went back 7 years later (Aug 2026) with a 2015 Cadillac ATS, just needed Transmission fluid changed (and filter). Total was 1k. Billed 460 labor which @90 min job equates to $310 per hour. Always get a quote first. Also, this is AFTER I dropped car off Wed (night before appointment). He (last name Duran) called me Thursday, said would get it done friday. Friday called said it would be sat. Drove down there at 430 pm sat. He locked himself out of building/system, and said he had to keep my car till Monday. Very unprofessional while at the samed time charging approximately double the appropriate rate (arguable). He was polite, but that in no way excuses price or delayed service issue. Apparently this is Not the same people who were there 7 years ago - this ain't your mothers Gaynor's - be careful!! I will definitely not be back.”

“As usual with Les Schwab locations, the service on Andreson was as good as could be expected and cost was very competitive The individuals who serviced me were above reproach, performing even beyond my expectations and probably excelling all the excellent experiences I have had with Les Schwab for more than 50 years I have been driving my own vehicles and towing trailers all over the US for the past 68 years and no other tire outlet has equaled Les Schwab A young man named Jordy (Jordie) handled most of my service during this two day tire replacement and he represents the gold standard of the industry for Les Schwab”

“Best deal for tires PERIOD. I get quotes from other places and same exact model of tires will be 20% less here or more. I pull up they go to work and 20 minutes later 4 new tires installed. I love their hustle. I've bought around 6 sets of new tires and 1 used set. A couple single used tires, they have always be so helpful and nice.”

“Walked in and was met by a nice lady named Christina and a man named James . They greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. Made me feel relaxed right away. I came in for a brake evaluation and they were honest about what needed to be done. The price was in my budget and the lifetime warranty on my brake pads made this a sure yes for me. I will definitely be returning to this shop it’s my new go to!”

“Took my car to Stevens Auto Service and had such a good experience. Troy was great from the start. Super friendly, easy to talk to, and genuinely honest. They got my car fixed and back to me within a day. The pricing was very fair and I appreciated that they didn’t try to upsell me or make me feel dumb about anything. You can tell Troy actually cares about his customers and wants people to leave feeling taken care of. My Yukon is running better than ever and I’ll absolutely be coming back here from now on. Thank you Troy!!!”

“I took my car there on Friday to fix a flat tire and drove it straight home. I live about 1.6 miles from this location. The car sat overnight, and around 8:30 a.m. the next morning I drove to Target and noticed the tire light was on again. The same tire they repaired was leaking. I took it back for them to check, and they said I had run over a metal piece. It just seems strange that the same tire had another issue after only driving such a short distance. All of the employees were super friendly, and I appreciate their kindness. When I lived in Beaverton, I used to take my car to the Les Schwab on 185th and never had issues like this, which is why this experience felt a little unusual to me.”
