“I walked in needing two tires replaced with no call beforehand and not only did the man helping me know right away what they could offer, they gave me the best rate I’d heard all morning. They had me in and out in probably 10 minutes and I could get right back to my day.

“I Nomally don't do alot of reviews when it comes to auto mechanic shops because I normally do my own repairs, however my work schedule didn't allow me to do the lengthy diagnostics to find out why my vehicle stopped while driving, I didn't have time to try and find an honest shop in Vancouver since I work in Portland but I settled on NW imports and Domestics. and had my vehicle towed there. got a call back later on that day and was informed that the cooling fan needed to be replaced, the second call I received they informed me that they had ordered the wrong cooling fan and had to reorder the correct one and I would also need a module and a fuse. what confused me was the pricing went from $540 to $666 and change. I know it doesn't take 2 hour's to remove and install a cooling fan and a module and didn't understand why the cost was so high. when I went to pick up the vehicle I was taken back by the fact I was charged $107 for a $25 module $190 for a cooling fan which at the most should have only been $110 and the labor cost at $154 per hour I thought was high I was informed that that place they ordered the parts from were the only ones that had that particular part. Now to be fare they did give me a small veteran's discount of a little over$20, and on day 2 the vehicle hasn't stopped on me again so I believe the problem so far is fixed. So to sum it all up, they know thier way around when it comes to repairs. If your on a budget you probably need to shop around for a less expensive repair shop but if money is not a big issue then I would recommend NW Imports and Domestics they will do a good job on your vehicle repairs. So I give them 4 out of five stars as my honest review.”

I've been here twice now, first for tires, then for corrective maintenance. This shop is good, fast, and competitively priced. They had my tires on in 45 minutes. My car's check engine light was diagnosed and corrected by the end of the day along with some preventative maintenance items I requested. Maintenance items included a 24 month or 24,000 mile warranty. Customers in the waiting room spoke highly of the customer service at this shop. I am satisfied and will be back next time I need tires or maintenance for any car.”

“Best experience in auto care I’ve had. Jordan and his team are fantastic. Car was having issues that for the life of me couldn’t figure out. After a price-friendly diagnostic we found the issue. They kept me up to date the entire time, and were able to fix the part that was broken rather than having to get a completely new part, from the expensive vendor. Saved me precious money and time. “I am a Les Schwab girl born and bred, born and raised in Bend, knew his grand daughter and friends and parts of the family. When they sold the business I remember feeling worried. He was a legacy... stand up guy. Oh I remember the les schwab meat days... those were some of the best dang times. Him giving away extra, or giving you the best pepperoni or jerkey you would ever have just because he liked you. You would pull up and someone would already be holding the door open for you treating you with the utmost respect... and the respect went back to the workers. He knew how things went round... in turn made better workers. Helping eachothet makes us all feel better inside... Happy people like to buy thing and Happy works will work hard for you... People like him are very few and far between, specially now. I found the further you got away from home base of Pineville and central Oregon. The service just wasn't always as great, I get everyone has there things going on. But you know people are already having crummy day if they have to come to les schwab or mechanic shop of any kind, not always about buying new tires... and to be handled in such a disrespectful or grumpy tone is the last dang thing you want to deal with... Bedside manner is a big deal, and seriously lacking in todays world...
How I was treated today is what he intended the business to be like... Help when you can, dont nickle and dime people. Don't sell them something they cant afford or dont need just to make a profit, dont hustle them help them! Have variety available for lower price bracket, middle and higher end depending on what you were looking for... But
It was a simple screw in my tire. Luckily the new car we baught has tire pressure sensors and seem it going down to the 20s and well all the construction going on in the area got us... it is our fist car that is less than 4 years old so this acadia was a big deal for us when we baught it last year... we are so grateful... we finally got a decent family vehicle. So like most of us pur cars mean a great deal for a variety of reasons... lol we finally got a bunch of bells and whistles we weren't used to lol. I wasn't sure if they were even les schwab tires... we got ao excited everytime we would figure out something new the car did lol... sorry I love to write lol should have written books for a living...
regardless dropped it off thinking it was going to be a couple hours, headed towards camas to go get a moose tracks from Devs coffee, if you like peanut butter and you havnt had one go right now!!! camas one is the best location... and to hit some yard sales untill it was done and littleraly got coffee and got text 20 mins after we leave I get a message that our car is ready... Im thinking oh I hope there wasn't something wrong that was quick. Get back get my purse out ready to pay, she says acadia right... yep... and she says nope its on us today... just when you get new tires come back lol. I said omg thank you so much and of course I will! I didnt tell her I have been a Les schwab fan for a very very long time. I dont go anywhere else. I have moved Les schwabs a couple times due to moving and all that.. But I think I found my new Home base Les schwabs in Vancouver. For me thats a big deal... Definitely a great place”

“I went to Les Schwab for a leaky tire that needed to be fixed. I go here because this service is free and on top of that the were able to let me know ahead of time about some issues arise with my tire and the wheel. Thankfully the mechanic didn't try to pressure me into doing the tire replacement service right away or trying to upsell my other services/products.
The service took between 45 minutes to an hour to complete and the mechanics were friendly. Also, they have popcorn again ?!!!”
