“I called burton shell after my check engine light turned on. Turns out my car needed the transmission fluid checked. To do that with my car it takes a car lift to do that. Not only did he fit me in the same day he didn't even charge me to do it. That's customer service you just dont see any more. Two thumbs up for that”

“I suddenly heard a loud screeching/squealing sound coming from my truck, luckily Engel’s was nearby and I called in to see if I could take it in. It’s my family’s only vehicle and they said they could take a few minutes to take a look even if they had a tight schedule. They were able to diagnose the issue and luckily it was a quick fix.
