Great customer service, great service, etc. I recently went to drop off a package the other day to return it and the service was the best I have ever had. I have seen countless cycles of employees throughout the years, but UPS, this one is a star employee. Kushagra was his name, I think, but he provided stellar service in returning a package, and you should congratulate him on whatever platform UPS workers use to connect.”

Aunt Park can speak Mandarin, English and Korean, and is very authentic. She will help me choose the best and most economical service every time. Her store can deliver cross-border logistics for all companies, and the speed is faster than Chinese logistics. It is highly recommended!”

“The husband-wife duo was supremely helpful in their advice and efficiency in getting my important pkg to its destination across the country. They made at least four suggestions that I followed..........and I've shipped hundreds of pkgs before. They went out of their way to creatively make sure my pkg was safely packed and didn't even charge me for the little but important extra that they did. I wasn't EVER going to use this business because of their name, but I needed DHL and they were the only ones. It turns out that DHL in the U.S. can only be international (undoubtedly due to powerful lobbying from FedEx and UPS). I was also totally screwed over by another, nearby, small mailing business last year and was also not going use another small mailing business, but I will definitely use this one again......despite their awful name! (Started and named by a British guy, BTW, who didn't understand its origin!)”

“I usually enjoy coming to this location whenever I drop off return packages from Amazon. However today as I was dropping off items, not the usual QR code but barcode showed up. So I asked one of the employees, and she kindly told me to send the receipt to the UPS email, which I did. And as she printed it out she charged me $3.14 for her service. $3.14 is not much to be honest but I think if she was going to charge it, she should have told me that there are two options where I can print it myself at home and bring the package (which I usually do it myself) or an option where she prints the label and charges me. She was kind that I did not want to cause troubles, but it was quite unprofessional how they handled the situation.
As i said i usually have a wonderful experience, but just asking simple question to a customer before charging them would be great.”
