“I love the service and the friendliness of a small owned family business. I drive out of my way so I can visit these fine folks even though there is a FedEx by my house. They are always willing to help and professional and courteous. The best Postal Service in town as far as I'm concerned!”
“Only saw 1 handicap parking space at this strip mall and it was 11 spots away from the door. The entrance does not have automatic openers so another customer has to open and hold the door for anyone with difficulty walking or opening heavy doors. The shop was very crowded with people waiting for services at 1pm on a Saturday. There are a few chairs but more people than seats. Came here for fingerprinting because it's 1 of only a few places who do this on Saturdays. They sell packing/shipping supplies, have mailboxes, and ship UPS, FedEx, DHL, and UPS. Understaffed but staff was quick, nice, and professional.”

“I have been going to this UPS for years now - to drop off packages, to print countless papers, and it has always been great. Great customer service, great service, etc. I recently went to drop off a package the other day to return it and the service was the best I have ever had. I have seen countless cycles of employees throughout the years, but UPS, this one is a star employee. Kushagra was his name, I think, but he provided stellar service in returning a package, and you should congratulate him on whatever platform UPS workers use to connect.”

But for the last two weeks I've been unable to get a call through to order my mail forwarded, only a recording and messages have not been returned. Is there a problem with this store?”

“Had them ship a small fragile item (engine control unit) and pack it for me. Took all of 3 minutes. The price I paid ($40 altogether including shipping) was worth not looking for the bubble wrap tape and box that they included and there was no line. Time saved was worth the price in my opinion.”

Aunt Park can speak Mandarin, English and Korean, and is very authentic. She will help me choose the best and most economical service every time. Her store can deliver cross-border logistics for all companies, and the speed is faster than Chinese logistics. It is highly recommended!”
