“If you are in the area and need your car serviced this is the place! We were on the road from North Carolina to see my dad for his birthday when my car's alternator failed. They knew we were due to travel home and fit us in during a busy holiday week so that we wouldn't be stranded. When the part was slow to be delivered (not the shop's fault at all) they called to try and speed things up and got it done just in time. Finally, they have a friendly staff and they do honest work at this shop. You won't be taken for a ride but they will fix you ride and get you up and running. Thank you for your help Lovettsville B.P., you saved us a big headache at home.”

“Incredible job by Ang and the rest of the Sheetz team. This past weekend our Department conducted a Staff Ride to the Antietam Battlefield. We placed a large order for 46x Subs sandwiches for Cadets and Cadre. Ang was wonderful! The order was ready and the pickup process was easy. “At first glance I thought this was a regular classic gas station. Outdated with the restrooms on the side of the building but that all changed when I found a sandwich in the bathroom ( a bathroom sandwich). Unwrapped and free for the taking. Best bathroom sandwich ever. ? Lol”

Their prices for both gas and repairs are fair, and the service is fast and reliable. The shop is clean, and you can tell they really care about their customers. “I made a purchase here a month ago when they were having debit card processing issues. I was charged 4 times for my purchase, but they voluntarily refunded the other 3 charges without me contacting them. Thank you for your honesty and taking the initiative to process my refunds. Greatly appreciated!

“Need signage on each island as to what grade of fuel is available at these pumps. I sometimes have to drive around to find 88 octane gas. Location is clean. My phone app does not work on your kisosh anymore. Need to be able to use previous version. I don’t have the $’s to purchase a new iPhone.”
“This is such a great stop for gas, snacks, and drinks! The entire store is clean inside and out. Every time I go inside, I am greeted by a friendly associate eager to assist. Roc’s has online food ordering and a clean little cafe area if you wish to dine in. By the way, they have an awesome Reuben sandwich!”
“One of the best Sheetz - period! I stop by here almost every day either to/from work. The store is always clean and well stocked. MTO food is prepared quickly and well. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. In particular, Austin is always wearing a smile, remembers my usual purchases, and shows exceptional kindness. Whenever I see him at the check out, I know I'm about to get fantastic service!

“You won’t be able to wash your car at this gas station, even though it may be listed that way on Google Maps. There is no car wash available here — it’s just a regular gas station.
You can buy ice for your drinks, windshield washer fluid, inflate your tires, refuel your vehicle, and grab some snacks or food.
That’s about it. There are also no outdoor seating areas or umbrellas to sit under.”
“Convenient place has a little bit of everything it's the only place and Charles Town it has 100% gasoline with no ethanol. The drinks are a little expensive in the store but other than that it's great but it's not exactly in the greatest part of town”
