“Jim at Fox Automatic is hands down, the best mechanic we've ever been to. We won't be going anywhere else! My husband and I have both taken our cars in several times (old cars come with lots of issues). It is so clear that Jim always has the customer's best interest at heart. If there are things my husband can fix at home, he lets us know in advance to save money in our pockets. He's been so helpful and honest with us over the past year. I've had some stubborn AC issues this summer, but now everything is running smoothly, and I couldn't be happier! His garage parking lot is always full, but he is so quick to get your vehicle in and out. I don't think we've ever waited more than a day to get them back. He clearly works above and beyond. I couldn't recommend his shop more. Always a 11/10 experience!”

She checked my battery, recommended a new one. She even pointed out and suggested some preventative things to consider for my vehicle for the future.

“First, Matt is an absolute pleasure. Super sweet guy. Trustworthy and honest, it’s really refreshing to not feel swindled by somebody in the auto industry. They replaced my destroyed bumper in a day after they got the parts, any other place would’ve had my car sitting in their lot for atleast a week. I left my car there filthy from all the salt and snow and picked it up detailed and with new car smell- awesome surprise! Will be back for my oil changes!”
“I stopped in to get a battery/alternator test relatively certain I needed a new battery. Krista G. assisted me up at the front counter going out to test my battery with me and explained that while the battery was still holding a charge the CCA were down which was causing my issues. Krista then recommended me a battery based on budget and walked me through the additional features and warranties on the more premium batteries. I ended up getting the premium battery with the 5 yr warranty and she made sure I knew to get the battery install kit to protect my investment. Krista even offered to install the battery for me, but I opted to do so myself and they offered me any tools I would need to do the job on loan. I was able to get in and out with new battery installed in under 30 mins.”

“I had some work done on a 1984 MBenz 300D back in August. These guys were the most knowledgeable mechanics I've met so far for German Autobahn touring machines. Specifically I had a conversation about part changes for the W123 chassis and W124 chassis Benzs which was eerily similar to speaking with a now retired Austrian Mercedes Benz trained mechanic I met decades ago. Sees will do the job right, to spec, and thoroughly.”
