“Stumbled onto this place just driving around. This place is a time capsule that will send you down memory lane. Great food, and nice people. I had the pinto beans and fresh cornbread. It was great!!”
“This store has been around since my mom was a child. One of the "Little Man" stores that has somehow managed to keep going. The people here are great and they have the best potato and macaroni salads ever! The kids call it the candy store because they have good candy. Also great produce and flowers for mothers day and other holidays as well.”
“Access in/out terrible. Right at busy cross streets. People regularly run lights. No fault of Go-Mart just comes with location. But def pays to be careful here.”
“This time around, I didn't take any pictures. My stop was two-fold: topping off and buying smokes.
I visited around 1p, but encountered more than usual traffic, meaning I had to wait for a pump to free up. Apparently the fuel center was experiencing technical problems.
Once at a pump the transaction ran smoothly.
Mr. Scott in the kiosk was friendly and professional. The transaction went smoothly. The kiosk glass clean and streak-free.
The area is well maintained, no debris or trash floating around.
All in all, it was, except for the 5 minute wait, a fast pit stop!!!”
“What can I say....I LOVE Aldi's for grocery shopping. Their prices and quality can't be beat. I only wish the store was bigger and they carried more products. Even so, the selections are awesome. I buy our wine and sometimes beer from here also. The fruits and vegetables are always fresh and plentiful. They have some home goods in one aisle also. Plenty of parking and lots of carts (buggies). Bring a quarter with you for them, though. You get it back when you park and chain it again. The checkout cashiers are the fastest in West (or, east!) !! BTW bring your own bags, or you can buy them there. Cheap!Try Aldis, and you'll keep coming back! I promise!”

“A great shop full of the hard-to-find dry ingredients and seasonings you need for middle-eastern, Mediterranean, and Indian dishes. You’ll never find this stuff at Kroger!
This store reminds me of many small shops I used to shop in when I lived in the UAE, pretty neat! I was told they cook in the store and have a great lunch counter, but the counter wasn’t open during my visit.”

“My local gas station. I get most of my gas and almost all my cigarettes here. Cigarette prices are high, everything else is pretty reasonable. Most of the staff is great, but there's a smart mouth who works here. If it wasn't for them, I would have given 5 *”
“I love this store for its convenient location not far off the interstate but in a more rural area that’s not busy & there’s plenty of parking. Store is clean & mostly stocked. Staff is friendly & helpful. I love that they are getting remodeled to include some veggies & fruit!!! Can’t wait!”

“Maybe you need to change your closing time online and make a few signs updating the closing time. I rushed there to grab some medication over the counter at 10:45 pm only to be told by a night worker that this was changed months ago and closing time is now 10:00 pm not 11:00 pm. Looking online and on here it still states 11:00pm. Highly Upset not only was I not feeling well but wasn't able to get any medication either after driving down there so late!!! Otherwise I've always shopped here and will continue”
“The Dollar General on Sissonville Drive is the place to go. I recently bought some chips, Knorr rice sides, and peanut butter. The store was neat, and things were easy to find, which made shopping a breeze. The staff was friendly and ready to assist, ensuring a pleasant visit. “Staff member Taina went above and beyond. I'm disabled and have to pull an oxygen tank around with me. Taina was very friendly and respectful. She helped me locate everything on my list, quickly and with a positive attitude saving me any extra walking and time searching on limited air supply.

“I like the service I just download General store. The clerks are very friendly they know me when I walk in they greet me by my name. The clerk Charles went to school with one of my sons. He's a really nice young man. He's very helpful if I need to look for something, he does not hesitate to help. The other clerks are helpful as well. I am disabled and sometimes need help getting things from the shelves. There's always somebody there to lend a hand and I am always grateful. The crew DG has working here is a great bunch of people! ? ????”

“I love goin to the dollar general the one by the mound in south Charleston has a wide variety of lawn decor for outdoors stuff for arts n crafts ur essential needs for ur home and kids. They have great prices on some household items as well and Dnt forget to download their app and clip the save 5$ wen u spend 25$ on saturdays and clip their other available coupons for extra saving. The location is easy to find and it’s usually not to crowded. I like to take my time and look through the craft section.”

“Easy and laid back grocery store. Prices can be shocking at times some good and some bad. The kids like the quarter machines and the horse they ride. They also offer a dude to help load your groceries from the store to your car pretty nifty. We shop here and Elkview and no complaints on this end good honest people.”
“Not crowded, everything in its place making it easy for me to get what I needed. I visited this store once or twice a week and I can't say anything negative however the reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is bc of the rude dude that came to work there mid summer maybe? He went out of his way to let customers know he was way too busy to be bothered.... Don't remember his name but certainly remember his zero customer service skills!”
“I have been shopping at this Kroger's for many years the staff is really friendly and helpful the best thing I like about the Kroger's is the pharmacy. The pharmacist Samantha and Matt are so helpful. They always answer any questions that I might have on my medications. All of the pharmacy techs are really nice and they always greet me when I go there to pick up medications. I highly recommend if you have some prescriptions and you want good customer service great people who answer any questions that you have on your medications this is the Kroger's to go to”

“This was a great place to get local vegetables and had a lot of options. The inside was nice with different small stores. Will stop again as I pass through Charleston.”
