“We came into the Kanawha City store to replace my iPhoneX. It had been a good phone. I had it almost 6 years! It was time for a new phone though. Rob Grim is an excellent sales consultant. He answered all our questions and explained the options and available deals and discounts without being pushy. He has a great sense of humor. We are long-time AT&T customers, and we were pleased that we could get deals too on a new phone. Rob made it a very pleasant experience on a late afternoon on Mother's Day Sunday.”

“If you shop this store ask for Summer. She is a very knowledgeable sales lady and she takes the time to explain everything to you. She is excellent! She didn’t receive commission on my sale and she still took time to explain everything and helped me with my phone. To me that’s excellent service! It wasn’t about commission it was about the customer. That doesn’t happen often in retail these days. If you want great service ask for Summer.”

“I went to 3 TMobile stores, the first store the guy helped as much as he could, the one in cross lanes, I didn't appreciate how they were acting, kinda disrespectful so I left, But the one in South Charleston tops it, Brandon worked on my iPhone for about an hour with no luck. He was kind, patient and understanding. He got me the phone I could afford right now, and I I've had no issues. Super cool guy, very thorough and cares about his customers. 10/10 recommended.
