He answered all our questions and explained the options and available deals and discounts without being pushy. He has a great sense of humor. We are long-time AT&T customers, and we were pleased that we could get deals too on a new phone. Rob made it a very pleasant experience on a late afternoon on Mother's Day Sunday.”

“I'd had an issue with the charger port on my phone for a while which was getting worse, and was sure I was going to have to replace it. I took it to Unplugged; they gave me a couple of options, and suggested trying the less expensive one of cleaning the port first. That took care of it and it's working with no problem! I was in and out in no time! The guys were great and provided excellent customer service at a great price! Very pleased!”
