“I personally like AT&t mobile. I ended up switching from AT&t to Verizon on a normal cell phone plan. I figured out that was a big mistake and I ended up going back to prepaid AT&t. For two different cell phone plans on Verizon, it ended up being almost $400 for every bill monthly. They had lied to me and told me that my bill would be $250 and no more. They guaranteed me and gained my trust just so they could make a sale and gain commission from my vulnerability because I did not know much about telephone plans. Verizon is the absolute worst but AT&t rocks!”
“Excellent customer service at the stores very experienced and helpful. But stay away from those crocks that go to the Walmarts thru a temp agency trying to sell you phones don't fall for there lies ,trust me your better off going to the actual store I've experienced those Walmart sells reps and they lie and are scammers but I'm in the process of taking care of them legally. Just save yourself the headache and go to the actually at&t stores”

“I've been at the Shepherdstown location about 3 times over the last 2 weeks to upgrade mine and my family's phones. They were all so incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful there. Each associate that took care of me went above and beyond customer service for me and I couldn't be happier.We've been with Tmobile for 17 years, and while the cell service hasn't been always been perfect, the customer service has always been stellar.”

This Best Buy location has excellent customer service throughout the whole store! Their customer service, their competitive pricing, product availability, and insurance plans can’t be beat. Do yourself a favor and switch to T-mobile Metro- service is amazing and the staff is supe helpful and friendly, they're well stocked and know their products. The store is also extremely clean! “This location is one of my favorites. Staff is the same as any location. Treat people with respect and kindness and you will receive the same in return.Parking is easy in and out as the lot is not littered with curbed grass islands. The lot is extra large and accommodates rv's, Commercial trucks, and personal vehicles nicely. Walmart's provide a shopping experience available nowhere else. I've been stopping at this location for 14 years as the operator of a semi truck pulling 53 foot trailers.I spend the night at Walmart's +80% of the nights on the road. I've always been impressed with the cleanliness of the parking lot here. Anxiously waiting for hours to go back to open 24/7 as I normally shop around 0400 in the morning to avoid the crowds.Paul Kersey (CB handle-Mr Magoo)”
