“French's was a great place to go, but unfortunately, the store is closed due to the owner, Donna Jean French, suffering a stroke in 2018. On Sundays, pickers from all around would gather to play their instruments and sing. Any day other than Sunday, you could buy homemade sandwiches, soup and other goodies. They stopped selling gas a while back. Truly a Hedgesville landmark! Best wishes to Donna Jean for a complete recovery!”

“Good employees good food alright prices for amount you save in gas and time. Still a little bit more expensive than anywhere else. Should have outdoor tables in spring summer n fall and an outdoor drink machine for in between hours. Should do a sandwich card for every 5/6 next one is free cause 15-20$ almost per a 12” sub ….fukn expensive.”
