“ashley and dawn from this location absolutely saved my life today in a way probably incredibly unexpected. i am a pharmacy technician in training to be a vaccinator for the community, and part of my training requires A Single Orange. i do not have time outside of work to do anything other than go straight home and take care of things there. this morning, i was provided not only an orange, but perhaps the biggest reminder that this 7/11 has always got my back. i know it's crazy but i don't know where else at 8am i would be able to find just a single orange on my commute to work with such kind staff. thank you so much ashley and dawn, and everyone else that works here ?”

“This Rock's location is great! They have everything...gas, convenience store and s Subway. The employees are always friendly and try to get to know frequenters. Their restrooms have always been very clean when I have entered them. This location is convenient for me but sometimes I go put of my way to use this store even though I passed many other places. The prices are fair as well. I would give it 5 stars but this b is Martinsburg.”

“American Owned Corporation. The properties are always well maintained. Fuel Dispensers are usually clean, and printers work. Made To Order (MTO) food is fast and fresh. Restrooms usually are fairly clean, some exceptions when extremely busy, of course. Always a safe bet.”
“I want to take a moment to give a huge shoutout to Royal Farms, especially to two incredible employees, Keke and Shye, who truly made my Christmas experience special. Working on Christmas isn’t easy, and a lot of people would understandably just be going through the motions but not these two. From the moment I walked in, they were welcoming, friendly, and genuinely kind. Their positive attitudes stood out immediately and completely changed the vibe of the store.
Keke and Shye were both professional, patient, and attentive, even while clearly staying busy. They handled everything smoothly and efficiently, all while keeping smiles on their faces and treating customers with respect and warmth. You could tell they actually cared about providing good service, which is something you don’t always see especially on a holiday. Their energy was uplifting, and they made the experience feel personal instead of rushed. Because of Keke and Shye, Royal Farms felt less like a quick stop and more like a place where customers are truly valued. They represent the company extremely well, and Royal Farms is lucky to have employees like them who are willing to show up, work hard, and still be kind on Christmas Day. I really hope they get the recognition they deserve, because they absolutely made my day. This is customer service done right, and I’ll definitely remember this experience.”

“Very nice and when I was looking everywhere for my baby formula they had called me back to let me know they had it and they are truly a life saver because I was looking everywhere for my baby formula and everywhere was out of it very nice friendly and very clean store I will be back and had also requested to have the formula my baby on saved for me and they said they will do it thank god for this store”

“They finally have FISH! I had fish & chips which was BETTER than any Local Diner.
Who would think that there would be decent food at a gas station??”
“We have been using this gas station for the past year and have never encountered any issues. The customer service here is excellent; however, sometimes early in the morning when the facility is closed, the pumps do not work, which prevented us from being able to pump gas a couple of times.”

“First timer here. I ordered some food from the kiosk, grabbed a premade hot food item, used their restroom…needless to say, I got the full experience lol! This place is definitely one of the nicest truck stops I’ve stopped at in a long time. Their food items (especially the kiosk ordered items) were perfect. I have to say this place is way better than sheetz or Wawa. Keep up the great work at this location please!”

“The price point here seems higher than other convenience stores in almost every area. The market does have great food, especially the rotisserie chicken and mashed potatoes. The breakfast options have been pretty yummy too. The bathrooms are large, new, and have been clean every time that I have used them.”

“Good Lord have mercy is all I can say you know I was against rocs fried chicken after a horrible experience at the Kelly Island location but the amount of patience and amazing customer service at this store changed my overall view. I was able to get fresh fried chicken and the woman at the counter was very kind as well ten stars if I could just because of the overall kindness in that place made me want to come back again.”

“After reading other comments I can only assume those people caught someone on a bad day, because I eat at Rocs at least once often times twice a day. I have NEVER ONCE been unhappy with the food. No doubt it could be a little cheaper but where is that NOT true? If I am going to pay the going prices for breakfast and lunch....I am DAMN SURE going eat something good and as previously stated ROCS has never disappointed!! My favorites are their biscuits and gravy in the morning and the chicken tenders at lunchtime!”

I spent a few minutes making a difficult decision for my midnight snack at this quaint corner store. The employee was jovial and expressed an eagerness to assist my transaction. They were swift.
