“We had the pleasure to work with Gay Phillips, Interior Designer, at Knox Furniture Gallery, downtown Neenah, in November 2025. What started out as a call to see what furniture brands they offered, ended in so much more; an experience with much deeper purpose and meaning. It began as a phone call to inquire about the brands of furniture they carried and to see what models they had on their sales floor. We wanted to be able to actually sit on the chairs and sofa/loveseat prior to purchasing. We had done a lot of online research and gone to other furniture stores prior so we knew what brands and styles we were most interested in. On our first visit to the Knox Furniture Gallery, we were greeted upon entering and began looking throughout the store since Gay was with another client/customer. Once available, Gay assisted us with the furniture, answering our questions, and helping my spouse with coordinating the style, leather & fabric colors, with the current look in our house along with matching an area rug that we already have at home. As we were with Gay, Pete Knox stopped by to thank us for coming in and general conversation. Little did we know that this first visit would set up what is to follow. One of the chair brands we were interested in they did not have on the sales floor. Pete offered to order the chair for us and told us if we did not like the chair once it arrived, we would not be required to purchase the chair. What store would do that, I thought. While we did not need this option, this was part of their special touches & service they provide. We had multiple visits to Knox Furniture Gallery to continue to finalize our selections throughout the next couple of weeks of working with Gay; each time Pete would stop by and talk with us. He genuinely cared about us and our conversations were heartfelt and made us feel special. We got to know Gay & Pete very well in a short period of time and together, they made our experience one to remember. Not once did they ask for a “sale” or put any pressure on us to make a decision, or even to convince us to purchase from Knox Furniture. It was customer service that far exceeded our expectations, but more importantly it was from the “heart”, part of the culture at Knox Furniture Gallery. They really cared about us; they took their time with us and so much more. It was professionalism at its core. By the time we finalized our furniture purchase, we felt a part of their family; something special we will never forget. It was like going back in time, somewhat nostalgic. You see in life; you will sometimes never know how you touch someone or what you did will make a difference in someone’s life, but at Knox Furniture Gallery, we felt that something special, a difference, a culture of caring, and a family environment; and for that we will be ever grateful that we had the opportunity to purchase from Knox Furniture Gallery. The focus was on you as a person and giving us that “real” customer service that we all crave. Gay was extremely helpful and professional. She provided outstanding input and helped to coordinate our needs. She returned emails in a timely fashion and provided us with exceptional service. She was very knowledgeable about the product lines and listened to our input. I would not hesitate to ask for Gay on your trip to Knox Furniture Gallery, you will not be disappointed. If you are looking for high quality furniture from major manufacturers then look no further than Knox Furniture in downtown Neenah. It was our desire to shop local and we could not be happier with our decision and you will be too. It was a “WOW” experience, exceeding customer expectations by delivering a personable and memorable experience that goes above and beyond the normal…that is Knox Furniture Gallery.”

“We've bought a few things here and weren't disappointed. Great prices and service didn't feel pressured at all. Also, they offer delivery, house calls and before you leave they'll test the machines. They even offer to let you use their moving vehicles and dollies to save more money and time. 10/10 recommend. They've got great selection of household appliances and furniture.”

“Raising this to five stars. They stand behind their product. I called them because on the place where I sit most often (though not daily), the fabric started pilling and getting rough. They said they'd changed fabric since my purchase, and promptly brought me a brand new mattress. The new one barely smells at all! So assuming the fabric holds up, I'm quite happy with it, and am certainly pleased with service. _________ original post below: It's a solid futon mattress, but smells awful. Still a strong chemical odor over a week later despite a high-end HEPA air filter in the room. My sister can't be in the room.”

“I already knew what I wanted by shopping on line yesterday but I wasent comfortable ordering on line. Greg waited on me and took good care of me. The only thing that could have been better is if the product could have been delivered sooner.”

“Amy walked us through looking for nursery recliners and made it so easy. Listened to wants and needs and had the perfect chair picked out without having to go through 20 we didn’t like. Offered us different colors and ideas when we were close to perfect and we got there! Such great pricing compared to the four other stores we looked at as well.”

“Valeri furniture and blinds are a great combo for your home. The furniture is stylish and sturdy, making any room feel cozy and well put together. The blinds match perfectly, giving you control over light and privacy while adding a clean, modern look. Both are easy to set up and feel like good quality for the price. If you want furniture and window treatments that look good and work well, Valeri is definitely worth checking out.”

“Every single person we spoke to at Hogar Furniture was SO nice & helpful! We were struggling to find the matching king size headboard to our bedroom set. After calling several area stores, Jackie (who is actually from the Green Bay location), was able to track one down for us in Texas!! We would also like to give a huge thank you to those in the Appleton location who helped us load & secure our furniture. They have great communication & really care about making customers happy. We’re so appreciative of the customer service provided by Hogar Furniture & will definitely be back for our next furniture purchase!!”

“I hadn't been able to get more than 4 hours of sleep at night for well over a year and thought it was me. After a recent vacation sleeping on a different bed and sleeping 8 hours we knew it was the mattress. Dayra helped us figure out our comfort level and bed was delivered 5 days later. Last night was my first night sleeping on it, and I slept a solid 7 1/2 hours! What's more, I had no neck pain, hip pain, or knee pain whatsoever throughout the night or in the morning, and could get out of bed without a few steps to get used to walking. I hopped right out and could walk normally. I can't thank you enough! I regret waiting so long and blaming myself for the problem. And thank you for introducing us to your 2 girls! We enjoyed giving them some pets and attention, too! Our Leila didn't mind. She loves the new bed, too!”

“Fantastic experience at Bobs - we asked for privacy from sales until we had a chance to look around and discuss and we would let them know when we needed help and they 100% respected that. We ended up buying 2 furniture sets with Sackie R. And store manager Adam and they were fast, knowledgeable and awesome to work with. Great prices and options, all our stuff was in stock with super helpful financing options that met all our needs. Would highly recommend!!”

“The gentleman that assisted us in the store was extremely helpful and non-pushy. He was patient and really tried to get to know what we were looking for and asked questions to drill down on what we didn't even know we were saying.”
