Not familiar with the area, we started looking up O’Reilly locations nearby. My husband called and spoke with Keith, who told us they had new wires in stock. Once my husband explained our predicament, Keith didn’t hesitate to speak with fellow staff to try and get the part to us, despite not having a delivery driver on staff. Within 20 minutes, Cameron showed up with the part and we were back on the road within 5 minutes!!
