“I went to a few different places picking up paints and tubing and other things for a school project (I have to make a miniature set) and I need a plastic flex tube sorta what a shop vac tube looks like but really small and Dennis was awesome about it I know it’s not called flex tube but he looked at the pictures I showed him and listened to what we were trying to describe and he took us to a few different options which helped us explain what we needed better and he found us the tube in the perfect size as well I didn’t think it would be made that small as I’m making a set out of a shoe box and the tube will be used for a small detail but it was perfect and he was really kind and listened even when I kinda rambled about my school project and kept him from what he was originally doing. I super appreciate it Thank you Dennis if you’re reading this my project is looking way cooler now!”

“Roger in Flooring Rocks!!! Went to order carpet and soon learned I didn't measure correctly for the space based on the carpet we wanted. Roger helped me calculate the amount of carpet we needed and gave me a quick lesson on cutting and lining up the pattern on our stairs. We even had enough scrap left over to carpet our walk-in closet. He was very patient with my questions and explained everything in detail. The instillation turned out great! Thank You Roger!”

“This is the most awesome hardware store in southeast wisconsin. Truly a handy-persons delight as well as a place contractors visit often. They have almost everything you could want for any project. They have the widest assortment of power tools you will find anywhere with Milwaukee, DeWalt, Makita, Stihl, and many others. They have air tools and nailguns and all the usual departments like plumbing and electrical. They have great knowledgeable staff. They have a guy in plumbing who is great at finding the parts you need. They have tool days where many manufacturers come to display their wares and let you test drive various power tools. I cannot recommend them highly enough. I love this place. Next door they have a store with all kinds of knobs and drawer pulls and other cabinet hardware. You really have to see this place to believe it. Prices are typical of a hardware store. On tool day weeks they have great sales. Get on their mailing list so you get tool day flyers.”

“We have remodeled 3 bathrooms and have chosen to use Do It Yourself Bathroom Center all three times. The staff is very professional and they definitely know and understand their products. They listened to my thoughts, made suggestions, pointed out pros and cons of various products and allowed me to take samples of products home. Remodeling is not just aesthetics; DIY staff understand the specifics of plumbing. They capably pulled out several catalogs, and with ease, pointed out fixtures they thought I might like and without missing a beat, they pointed out parts that I didn’t even know that I needed. We ordered a custom made shower floor. Again, they made recommendations and suggestions. We followed their advice and were very pleased with the product which arrived at the expected delivery date as did all of the products that we purchased. The store is small and mighty; I spotted a display of towel bars, cleverly designed towel holders and a unique mirror.
