“My snowblower found a loose brick and one of the blades was destroyed. I called on Olson's to pick it up (and drop it back off), replace the blade and get it tuned up while they have it. It has never run better and works perfect, at a very reasonable price.”

“Low prices, great for tools that you need also have membership to get low prices on everything that comes in. Get first Div, you got the membership could find mostly everything you looking for from construction to automechanic to welding to electric to bathroom, to pressure washers, it's just the best place to get your tools from, I recommend it if you're not spending a lot of money, this is the place to go save you a lot of money. Polite customers finance show you where things is at employees.I mean and customers too”

“The only reason I would give this 4 stars is because of the prices, but the staff here is amazing.
They always know where to find the item your looking for and are always knowledgeable.
I went in for some mineral oil for a new cutting board I got for Christmas and just stopped and asked the first person I saw and was immediately helped and guided to the item.
Like I said good customer service now a days is hard to come by and the people here are always willing to help.”

Bob even found me a floor model stainless sink and gave it to me at a super price. I could not be more pleased with both the price and the quality. They now have a customer for life!”

Ken just made a customer for life.”

“I’m glad to have a harbor freight in the falls. It’s nice having a cheaper option when all the surrounding stores (Menards, fleet farm, Home Depot), are always more expensive.
One thing I wish could be better for them (and this is not their fault) is the location. It’s tucked away and has had a lot of other business come and go through the same building. I think if more people knew it was there, it would get a lot more business.”

“I made a trip to Menards looking for materials to build out a closet organization system. Like most Menards trips, I went in with a very specific plan and somehow left with several other things I didn’t know I needed.
The good news is that I found exactly what I was looking for. The selection was extensive, and there were plenty of options available to compare before making a decision. Whether you’re tackling a major renovation or a small home project, it’s hard not to find what you need somewhere in the store.
What I appreciate about this location is that help is available when you need it. The staff doesn’t hover, but there always seems to be someone nearby if you have a question or need help locating a product.
The store is well-stocked, organized, and easy enough to navigate once you’ve accepted that you’ll probably spend more time browsing than originally planned.
Let’s be honest: nobody leaves Menards with only the items on their list. That’s just part of the experience.

“I delivered 5 skids of siding here today 06/19 my load shifted and I could not open my conestoga trailer as the skid was lodged against the tarp your associate Cole was great to work with while we hand bombed 2.5 skids roughly 30-40 boxes of siding in 85-90 deg F.
