“This was our 2nd time at this location, and it did not disappoint. Laurie at the front desk is the BEST! So friendly and welcoming at check-in and every time we passed by the desk in subsequent days. My husband has some restrictive dietary needs, so having a kitchenette in the room was a must. My only complaint would be the bathroom/dressing area lighting is not that great for applying makeup.”

“The hotel is nice but there are some minor cleansingness issues. The bathroom are not very clean. The staff was also not too friendly. I walked through the doors a million times and no one ever said hi. Even when I checked out the staff did not say good bye.”

Rooms: The rooms are nice, well-maintained, lots of space at a reasonable price...”

“Lovely hotel, staff very friendly, well laid out with good amenities. Had a 2 queen room & had access to the Exec Lounge on top floor of Milwaukee Wing. Location was great next to I94 so easy travel Nth, Sth or around Milwaukee.”

“The Sonesta was nice. The carpeting was stained and worn, but hopefully clean. The beds were so comfy and bathrooms were clean and spacious.

Some family was targeting everyone who walked past their room trying to sell Jesus and salvation. I’m already all set in that department and was annoyed as it was raining heavily and I just wanted to readjust all my baggage without being solicited. The front desk worker did say they would confront the family in that room about targeting their guests about religion.”
