“Early morning is a good time to get gas here because there is no line and I like it like that. The gas was very reasonable compared to other gas stations and it is conveniently next to Sam's club and other supermarkets.”

“Eddy in the cafe tonight was an absolute rock. When he came in I’m assuming off break, there was very little food in the hot case and pizzas backed up in the oven. He calmly and efficiently served up orders and restocked the hot case as he did it catching the entire cafe up within minutes. Trell in the cafe is efficient and personable, much appreciated.”
“I had a wonderful experience with the Tire & Battery Center at Sam’s Club! Carly, the manager, was absolutely fantastic. My tire valve stem was seized, so I had to take my vehicle to another shop to have it replaced before Sam’s Club could complete my tire installation.
Even though it was an unexpected hiccup, Carly was nothing but helpful, informative, and professional. She explained exactly what was going on, answered all of my questions, and made the whole process as easy and stress-free as possible. Once the valve stem was replaced, they were able to finish installing my new tires without any issues.
The entire staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. Excellent customer service can be hard to find these days, and Carly truly went above and beyond. I would absolutely recommend her and the Sam’s Club Tire & Battery team to anyone!”

“I ordered tires from their website. Had the tires shipped to the Falls location. Buying and setting up the appointment was very easy and simple. They had the best prices and the brand I was looking for. I got there early and a few hours later car was done. Customer service was excellent. I would recommend to others to get tires from Costco. I had a good experience.”

“Due to sub zero temperatures, my three month old Michelin tires I bought at Costco had low tire pressure, which requires nitrogen air. I was told they had free nitrogen filling outside of the tire center store. I got to the outside filling area before the 10am store opening, and I was unsure how use the pumps, because I thought it was like pumps at gas stations where you put filler right to tire stem, but nothing happened. A tire service guy came out before store hours and asked if I needed help, and he actually filled all 4 tires on my car. These pumps, unlike a gas station, have to be preset, per your car recommended pressure. My car needed 35psi, and the service guy set the pump at the required psi and filled all my tires. He was very helpful, and I thanked him several times . Next time, I need to fill my nitrogen tires, I will know how to preset the pump.”
