“I very pleased with how Alex helped me resolve a couple of problems. First, he diagnosed that my phone needed a new screen and directed me to a repair center. I came back a week later and asked him if he could install the new screen protector I had bought. Alex was very friendly and professional. Thank you Alex!”

“Had an appointment the day after Christmas. Cody was working solo, with a line of customers stretching to the door, but he was absolutely crushing it. Everyone was getting greeted and helped. Somehow, he was running between all of us, remembering each of our totally different requests, without missing a beat. All with a smile on his face. Whatever they're paying him to work there, it's not enough. My mom needed a new phone, and he had us set up and out the door in about 35 minutes. It was a Christmas miracle. If you shop at this store, you're in good hands if Cody's working. 11/10, would shop at this store with Cody around again.”

“I was having an issue with my phone so I went to the Burlington location. I was helped by Ross. He was really nice and has a welcoming personality. He answered all of my questions, and although there were a few other customers waiting for their turn I didn't feel rushed at all. Thank you Ross for your awesome customer service! 🤗”
