“I never made this post. The girl here was confused but we went back another day and the manager fixed our problem. We think we frustrated her by asking her to do something she didn't know how to do. Isn't there someone they can call when this happens? We spent a lot on gas coming back again. Either way, they helped way more than any other store has so far. Great work.”
“I am shocked to be leaving a 5-star review for Walmart, but after my initial pick up order had items missing, I got outstanding service from Mariah when I called to let them know about the order. She went through each item with me (it was a large order for an Open House) and made sure that I got everything. I was even able to schedule a last minute pick-up after 9pm to make sure I got everything. If anything needed to be substituted, she communicated clearly and was very helpful and kind. I have rarely experienced this level of service at any Walmart, and I was so impressed by this associate that I had to leave a positive review.”
