The employees are fantastic, patient, clear, incredibly knowledgeable, courteous, professional, friendly, and customer service friendly. They provide the best experience, are helpful, caring, and a great resource. Staff find every possible way to get customers more, answer questions, add lines, troubleshoot issues, install accessories, and manage multiple customers in a timely manner without forcing anything extra. I very pleased with how Alex helped me resolve a couple of problems. First, he diagnosed that my phone needed a new screen and directed me to a repair center. I came back a week later and asked him if he could install the new screen protector I had bought. Alex was very friendly and professional. Thank you Alex!
