“Idk why, but I'm always seeming to be a bother when I shop here. Almost as if I shouldn't ask any questions. I can say this is the only location in the network of Hahn's that I experience this at.”

Jennifer Seitz, in sales has always been very supportive and will to answer my questions. She is an excellent communicator and I look forward to working with her when our next cabinet needs arise. “I’ve been meaning to write this review for a while—I honestly don’t know if I’ve ever experienced such outstanding customer service. I was searching for a specific type of camping chair, and when they didn’t have it in stock, one of the employees went the extra mile by contacting another location and arranging to have two brought in for me. “Above and beyond” really says it all.”

“In just helped me with a tool (M18 8.0 Forge Quik Lok) that they had in stock upstairs in which there wasn't a Home Depot within 100 miles that had it in stock and would have taken 7 days for shipping...Super helpful employees here, they know m what they're talking about and not on their phones talking to eachother. Ken just made a customer for life.”

“I’ve shopped here many times over the years and have always had a great experience. Lilli is consistently friendly, professional, and extremely helpful. She takes the time to help customers find exactly what they need and always does so with a positive attitude. Employees like her are a big reason I keep coming back. She is a valuable asset to the store and certainly deserves recognition for her hard work.”

“John and the team was amazing. I ordered an item from the Mequon ACE location that need up not being available for immediate pick up as the website said. That store called me but said the Jackson store had it. John made sure to put it on hold for me and had the cashier help me with my coupon honor from the other store too. It made my day and couldn’t have been a better experience. I will never hesitate to drive up to this location again for any other needs. Thanks team!”

“These folks were excellent and got me all squared away in a hurry. They've got my business for filing CO2 tanks from now on. Even their prices and selection were better than the home brew store I had been going to. I'd give them 6 stars if I could.”

“I’m glad to have a harbor freight in the falls. It’s nice having a cheaper option when all the surrounding stores (Menards, fleet farm, Home Depot), are always more expensive. One thing I wish could be better for them (and this is not their fault) is the location. It’s tucked away and has had a lot of other business come and go through the same building. I think if more people knew it was there, it would get a lot more business.”
W61n278 Washington Ave, Cedarburg WI 53012
“Great store to shop always support your local business larger than these large corporations like Home Depot Menards. They’re only in it for your money. There is no customer service but if you come to a place like this and you’re looking for a certain size bolt or something oddball you probably will find it here.”

“Swap was from a Kohler 747cc Confidant to the new Briggs CXi 2700 on a Bad Boy Mavrick with 60 inch deck. Fairly simple, everything hooked up with the exception of the muffler. Talked to Floyd before purchasing the Briggs, he was most helpful and verified the match up. Floyd is good people! Swap went very well.”

“Pretty good store. Decent selection of inexpensive tools to take care of your projects. Walked around for awhile looking for something, never offered help from staff. Missed opportunity there, always work the add ons to make sales and ensure the customer has everything they need! Pleasantly greeted as soon as I walked in though, that's a plus.”

“I was shopping at Home Depot at Menomonee Falls today 8-29. As I pushed my cart past the appliance section a young man named Marlin asked if he could help me. I said I’m looking for some toilet seals for a Koehler. He said aisle 29, left side, third section at the bottom. I headed that direction and yes the item was exactly where he said. I could not believe it. I’m 70 years old and have never seen an employee that knew his store that well. All with a friendly smile. Amazing employee!!!”

“Home Depot is a great resource for remodeling supplies, however if you are hoping to buy cabinet hinges for 1/4” overlay, they have only one style hinge available.”

“Highly qualified professional cooking staff evidenced by my patronage over several years while sampling most evey dish they produce. All of the Golden Corrals I've visited are OK but there is something special about this location I believe they use less chemically processed seasoning and ingredients evidenced by how my body feels after a full meal there I can tell that those who are the responsible cooks really take pride in their work”
