“Love Summit CU, but as a person with hearing aids, the kiosk was very difficult to understand what the teller at a remote site was saying. Since it would be impossible to hear at the driveup with the traffic noise, I went inside so I could see a teller but there aren't any at this site. It was very hard to makeout what she was saying on the kiosk speaker and not much better with the phone handset.”
“I was nearly scammed out of my money. I got disconnected from the call hopefully before the the scammers did any harm. I called the credit union, spoke with David and he locked my accounts as I was driving to the credit union. When I got to the credit union Houston helped me and so did Stephanie and Anita. Stephanie said I did the right thing coming in. Anita checked my account and my money was still there. They were all very calm and treated me with great respect. I went back in the next day to unlock my account. Anita helped me change my user ID and password. Can’t thank them enough. They all works together to reassure me all was well. Thank you so much!”
