(I have also found this to be true at all the Waukesha State Bank locations.) I recently had to work with a different bank due to a death in the family, and it was an awful experience. Not personable, friendly, or kind in my family's time of need. Thank you Waukesha State Bank for reminding me what excellent customer service is all about. I appreciate your awesome service.”

“I haven’t lived in WI for over five years and I haven’t been in Mukwonago for going on four. But I still bank through CBM… Why?This past week, I needed a money order which is something I never do. While having some problems the clerk suggested I call my bank. Someone, not a machine, picked up on the FIRST ring! Her response was, ‘Wow, where do you bank?’ Plus, my issue was solved immediately.”
