“This bank serves my purposes very well! I had a low-balance personal checking account there just to get laundry quarters easily, and they've always been lovely to work with and never tried to sell me additional services I didn't need. James Plutchak was very helpful when I opened my account and was considering whether a safety deposit box made sense at the time. Also, I think this bank has some of the most generous non-workday hours - open until 1PM Saturdays!
(I moved to this local bank after trying a credit union that was fine until it was bought by another credit union in 2020. Between disruptive changes to their systems and unannounced / unposted closures on Saturdays, they just weren't meeting my needs at all.)”
