“Hy-Vee has most of what I regularly need, and the store brand has been comparable to other brands so far. I really like that you can convert Fuel Saver points to small discounts because I drive an electric car. On the other hand, on numerous occasions, I saw one of Hy-Vee's own employees block an EV charger with his Jeep. He literally parked, got out, greeted me, put on his employee uniform, and went inside. He should know better.”

“August 22nd, 2023, at 7 pm, I was again super shopping with a two page list for a friend of mine who was out of almost everything. It took me almost 3 hours, and I had two full carts, No idea how in the world I would be able to check out by closing time. Theresa K. and another coworker volunteered to help with the checkout and bagging. These employees have consistently gone above and beyond their job expectations and demonstrated superior customer service. I asked Theresa for the other staff's name, and I wrote it down, but I lost the paper. Please give them commendation for their selfless performance. I live on the other side of the city but consider this my hyvee store!”

“I want to highlight the customer service of Theressa K. On a day about a week ago, I was on the brink of physical exhaustion and just finished shopping. There was no way possible for me to scan all the groceries without passing out. Theressa K. was nice enough to assist me with scanning and bagging everything. This goes above and beyond the call of her job, but she was more than willing to help.”

“The deli at Hy- Vee came to our rescue this past Saturday. We placed an order at Whole Foods weeks ago for food for a bridal shower I was hosting. When we went to pick up the order the main entree was missing ( sandwich wraps) all we had were salads and fruit for the main food. Apparently, they sent an e-mail 3 days prior to let me know of the change in the order due to something they weren't able to get in. I didn't see the e-mail, nor did they try to reach me by phone. I asked if there was anyway that they could help me out or recommend something from their hot deli. The answer was " No there's nothing we can do for you" - I then called HyVee and the polite voice on the phone said "let me see what I can do for you, I will call you back in ten minutes. Ten minutes later he said " yes we can help you, we can provide you with sandwiches and wraps, It can be ready in an hour!! Wow!! Hats of to HyVee and the nice assistant manager who went out of his way to help us! My new shopping store as well!”

“I stop at this particular pick N Save for one thing and one thing only and that is the floral department as they always have the freshest flowers and they last way longer than other florist around that you pay 100$ for and they last two days I can honestly say when I get my flowers here they always last a week to two weeks. I couldn’t ask for a better experience with the floral dept. The grocery part I can’t really say cause I don’t shop there for my groceries unfortunately.”
